Aquests documents ofereixen criteris per analitzar les necessitats educatives de l\u2019alumnat, valorar l\u2019impacte del trastorn en l\u2019aprenentatge i la participaci\u00f3, i orientar l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de mesures i suports amb la voluntat d\u2019afavorir la reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica compartida i la coher\u00e8ncia en la intervenci\u00f3 dels equips docents. En aquesta p\u00e0gina hi es troben les car\u00e0tules de les diferents\u00a0bases\u00a0d\u2019orientaci\u00f3.
