Les avaries d&#8217;equipaments en manteniment a l&#8217;inventari del centre es gestionen a trav\u00e9s del GEPSE o del Portal d\u2019Autoservei (PAUTIC).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El SAU mirar\u00e0 de donar una resoluci\u00f3 immediata o d\u2019afinar la diagnosi. En cas de no poder-ho fer, escalar\u00e0 la incid\u00e8ncia cap als equips especialistes dels diferents \u00e0mbits del servei, que disposen d\u2019eines de gesti\u00f3 remota o actuen de forma presencial segons calgui. En aquest cas la resoluci\u00f3 pot produir-se entre 3 i 10 dies laborals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019encarrega, entre d\u2019altres, de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les incid\u00e8ncies t\u00e8cniques d\u2019equipament, xarxes i programes inform\u00e0tics del sistema educatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El suport al treball amb les aplicacions d\u2019\u00fas com\u00fa dins del sistema educatiu, especialment en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de gesti\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La resoluci\u00f3 de les avaries, incid\u00e8ncies i gestions de les l\u00ednies de comunicacions (veu i dades) dotades per la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manteniment del servei d&#8217;impressi\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Addicionalment, el responsable TAC pot demanar al SAU serveis espec\u00edfics en remot que tamb\u00e9 reforcen la prevenci\u00f3 d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies o mal funcionament de les infraestructures. En s\u00f3n alguns exemples:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualitzaci\u00f3 del sistema operatiu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Administraci\u00f3 d\u2019elements compartits<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Configuraci\u00f3 adequada de la connectivitat, estacions i perif\u00e8rics<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de l&#8217;agent de Gesti\u00f3 Remota<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 de programari<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i configuraci\u00f3 d\u2019impressores<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neteja l\u00f2gica d\u2019equips<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisi\u00f3 d\u2019estacions de treball<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisi\u00f3 de la gesti\u00f3 de perif\u00e8rics<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisi\u00f3 i optimitzaci\u00f3 de les funcions del servidor<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>El servei preventiu planificat de proximitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s un servei de suport als responsables TAC dels centres per a dur a terme actuacions que permetin prevenir i evitar futures incid\u00e8ncies o mal funcionament de les infraestructures TIC i que nom\u00e9s es poden dur a terme de forma presencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest servei es concreta en visites peri\u00f2diques d&#8217;un especialista en TIC a cada centre\/servei. Es reparteixen en funci\u00f3 de diversos criteris que defineixen el grau de necessitat de cada centre de forma equitativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el marc del nou model TIC, es vol evolucionar aquest servei cap a una modalitat d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 planificada sota demanda que permeti una millor optimitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important recordar que no s\u2019ha d\u2019utilitzar el servei preventiu planificat de proximitat per a la resoluci\u00f3 d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies, ja que l\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest servei \u00e9s dur a terme actuacions encaminades a optimitzar la utilitzaci\u00f3 i minimitzar les incid\u00e8ncies de les infraestructures i equipaments disponibles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Servei de manteniment de l&#8217;equipament<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest \u00e9s un servei de manteniment per al maquinari per a un determinat equipament del centre (ordinadors, impressores, esc\u00e0ners, etc.) en funci\u00f3 d\u2019una s\u00e8rie de requeriments t\u00e8cnics i de garanties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existeixen diferents estadis per aquest servei depenent de l\u2019equipament:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sense Manteniment:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per motius d\u2019antiguitat no s\u2019ofereix cap servei a aquest equipament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manteniment<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: l\u2019equip entra dintre del servei que ofereix l\u2019empresa Telef\u00f2nica. En cas d\u2019avaria es resoldr\u00e0 dintre d\u2019uns terminis fixats pel tipus d\u2019element i la seva criticitat al centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garantia<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00e9s material de dotaci\u00f3 que est\u00e0 dintre de la garantia del fabricant, per tant \u00e9s aquest qui es fa c\u00e0rrec de la possible avaria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garantia centre<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00e9s material adquirit pel centre i que encara es troba dintre de la garantia del fabricant, \u00e9s el centre qui gestiona directament amb l\u2019empresa subministradora una possible avaria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>GEPSE\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><b>Qui hi pot accedir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualsevol persona amb identificador XTEC que el director\/a d\u2019un centre o servei educatiu decideix<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">encarregar-li la tasca de la gesti\u00f3 del manteniment de l\u2019equipament TIC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 pot fer?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 cada vegada est\u00e0 m\u00e9s limitada. Actualment nom\u00e9s serveix per obrir avisos d\u2019avaria, consultar l\u2019inventari i descarregar alguns programes (com l\u2019antivirus o el congelador).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Com s\u2019hi pot accedir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">URL d\u2019acc\u00e9s: <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xtec.cat\/gepse\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">http:\/\/www.xtec.cat\/gepse<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 (Identificador i contrasenya XTEC personal del director\/a. Aquest\/a pot atorgar permisos a d\u2019altres persones).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Davant qualsevol dubte es pot consultar el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/a\/xtec.cat\/gepse_centre\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manual d&#8217;ajuda del GEPSE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Per gestionar les avaries actualment cal utilitzar el SAU o <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/pautic.gencat.cat\/\"><b>pautic.gencat.cat<\/b><\/a><b> (per\u00f2 pot ser que us adrecin al GEPSE)<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019adre\u00e7a XTEC<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alta<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procediment per demanar l\u2019alta d\u2019un nou usuari:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Omplir el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicacions.gestioeducativa.gencat.cat\/pls\/apex\/f?p=GUX_PUB:41:0:\"><b>formulari <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Validar <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019adre\u00e7a de correu alternativa que s\u2019ha introdu\u00eft en el formulari, mitjan\u00e7ant un missatge que l\u2019usuari rebr\u00e0 a aquesta adre\u00e7a (cal revisar el correu brossa si no el rep).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La direcci\u00f3 del centre ho ha d\u2019acabar de validar amb l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 <\/span><b>GUAC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019usuari rebr\u00e0 el nom d\u2019usuari i contrasenya al correu alternatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recordatori de contrasenya<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mateix procediment per a l\u2019<\/span><b>alta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canvi de contrasenya<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Omplir el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicacions.gestioeducativa.gencat.cat\/pls\/apex\/f?p=GUX_PUB:99\"><b>formulari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tenint cura de que la nova contrasenya compleixi els requisits que es demanen (m\u00ednim 8 car\u00e0cters, etc.).
