Vam posar el focus en l&#8217;equip impulsor dels centres i vam reflexionar sobre qui el pot configurar, quines funcions t\u00e9 i sobre com es relaciona amb els altres agents de la comunitat educativa. A partir d&#8217;una din\u00e0mica (&#8220;Fira d&#8217;organigrames&#8221;), els centres van poder rebre feedback sobre els seus punts forts i sobre qu\u00e8 podien fer per a millorar alguns dels aspectes representats en els organigrames. Vam constatar la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;incloure l&#8217;equip del migdia, l&#8217;equip social, els agents externs de l&#8217;entorn en aquest entramat de relacions que es donen en el si de la comunitat educativa. Tamb\u00e9, els organigrames mostren els vincles que hi ha entre l&#8217;alumnat i els equips docents, entre les comissions i les fam\u00edlies i posen de relleu els diferents \u00f2rgans (consells, assemblees, comissions mixtes, etc&#8230;) on aquests tenen veu pr\u00f2pia. Tamb\u00e9, a partir d&#8217;una r\u00fabrica, els centres van poder autoavaluar-se i saber en quin grau de maduresa es trobaven sobre aspectes com: identitat de l&#8217;equip impulsor, les seves funcions i el seu pla estrat\u00e8gic.<\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, vam donar al professorat el document &#8220;Radiografia de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del centre educatiu&#8221; perqu\u00e8 en la propera reuni\u00f3 de l&#8217;equip impulsor el poguessin anar treballant. Tracta aspectes sobre l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia col\u00b7lectiva (el lideratge i la governan\u00e7a, la capacitaci\u00f3 docent&#8230;), l&#8217;\u00e8mfasis acad\u00e8mic ( el desenvolupament de les compet\u00e8ncies, la distribuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat i de l&#8217;equip educatiu) i la confian\u00e7a (el clima de benestar i conviv\u00e8ncia, els vincles amb l&#8217;entorn&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Donem les gr\u00e0cies a la Biblioteca Canyelles per acollir-nos i presentar-nos l&#8217;equipament i el seu projecte educatiu i ens retrobem a la sessi\u00f3 del
