La recerca demostra que promoure pr\u00e0ctiques educatives efectives i identificar de manera primerenca les dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge pot afavorir significativament l\u2019\u00e8xit i la millora educativa de tot l\u2019alumnat,\u00a0aix\u00ed com reduir\u00a0l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur.\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A qui va adre\u00e7at?<\/h3>\n<p>Les APPA s\u2019adrecen als centres educatius que imparteixen educaci\u00f3 infantil i prim\u00e0ria, i ofereixen guies i materials per desenvolupar\u00a0les compet\u00e8ncies oral i lectora.<\/p>\n<p>Les proves de detecci\u00f3 i informaci\u00f3 sobre l\u2019assoliment individual de l\u2019alumnat van dirigides a 1r i a 3r d\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria.\u202f\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 es pret\u00e9n?<\/h3>\n<p>Aquestes accions tenen com a finalitat:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Afavorir la detecci\u00f3 primerenca\u202fde dificultats per desenvolupar\u00a0la\u202fcompet\u00e8ncia comunicativa oral\u202fi la\u202fcompet\u00e8ncia lectora.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orientar les\u202fdecisions pedag\u00f2giques\u202famb criteris clars i compartits, que permetin\u202festablir mesures ajustades a les necessitats reals dels infants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Millorar les pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019aula\u202fmitjan\u00e7ant propostes did\u00e0ctiques que promoguin un\u202faprenentatge actiu i significatiu.\u202f\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200bINSCRIPCI\u00d3: de l\u20191 al 18 de novembre de 2025 a trav\u00e9s del <strong>f<a href=\"https:\/\/form.typeform.com\/to\/J6v2BFPJ\">ormulari<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h21\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b\u200b\u200bFases del desplegament<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu del projecte \u00e9s\u00a0acompanyar els centres educatius que s\u2019hi adhereixin\u00a0en un proc\u00e9s progressiu, reflexiu i de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 per implementar\u00a0accions de\u00a0prevenci\u00f3 per promoure l\u2019aprenentatge.\u00a0Es tracta d\u2019un\u00a0projecte de car\u00e0cter voluntari.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inscr\u200b\u200bipci\u00f3<\/h4>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Centres\/Projectes-educatius\/APPA\/Inscripcio\/PublishingImages\/6_1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inscripci\u00f3 del centre\u00a0al projecte mitjan\u00e7ant el\u00a0formulari.<\/li>\n<li>Inscripci\u00f3 oberta durant el mes d\u2019octubre.<\/li>\n<li>Adherir-s\u2019hi permet accedir\u00a0\u200ba tots els \u200b\u200bmaterials, activitats i formacions espec\u00edfiques vinculades a les\u00a0APPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acc\u00e9s als materials i a la \u200b\u200bformaci\u00f3<\/h4>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Centres\/Projectes-educatius\/APPA\/Inscripcio\/PublishingImages\/7_1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tots els centres poden\u00a0accedir a les orientacions, eines i materials disponibles en aquest espai.<\/li>\n<li>Els centres inscrits poden\u00a0participar tamb\u00e9 en les c\u00e0psules formatives espec\u00edfiques, pensades per facilitar l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 fonamentada i contextualitzada dels recursos i activitats del projecte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organitzaci\u00f3\u00a0de les proves d\u200b\u200b\u200b\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 APPA\u200b<\/h4>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Centres\/Projectes-educatius\/APPA\/Inscripcio\/PublishingImages\/8_1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b\u200bEls tutors i tutores o mestres especialistes fan les proves\u202fals alumnes\u00a0al gener\u00a0de manera individual, amb l\u2019objectiu de detectar i\u202fidentificar\u202fles necessitats educatives dels infants en relaci\u00f3 amb les compet\u00e8ncies oral, signada i lectora.<\/li>\n<li>Per a les proves de primer de prim\u00e0ria,\u202fes compta amb\u00a0el suport dels i les professionals del programa de cooperaci\u00f3 territorial d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva (PCTEI) per portar a \u200bterme les proves\u00a0individuals\u200b.\u202f\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interpretaci\u00f3 dels resu\u200b\u200b\u200bltats<\/h4>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Centres\/Projectes-educatius\/APPA\/Inscripcio\/PublishingImages\/9_1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un cop aplicades les proves, els centres han d\u2019analitzar\u202fels resultats obtinguts\u202famb el suport de\u200b\u202fl\u2019equip d\u2019assessorament pedag\u00f2gic (EAP)\u202fi els centres de recursos educatius per a alumnes amb discapacitat auditiva i alumnes amb trastorns greus del llenguatge o a comunicaci\u00f3 (CREDA), en el marc de la comissi\u00f3 d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva (CAEI).\u202f\u200b\u202f\u00a0\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El centre ha de dissenyar\u00a0un pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 educatiu, que ha d\u2019incloure\u00a0mesures universals, addicionals i intensives, per tal d\u2019ajustar la resposta educativa a les necessitats detectades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I\u200b\u200b\u200bmpl\u200b\u200b\u200bement\u200b\u200baci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula<\/h4>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Centres\/Projectes-educatius\/APPA\/Inscripcio\/PublishingImages\/10_1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es posen en pr\u00e0ctica les activitats i els suports planificats, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019ajustar la resposta educativa i afavorir que tot l\u2019alumnat progressi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avaluaci\u00f3 global del projecte<\/h4>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" CA\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bEI\u200b\u200b, amb la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019escola i l\u2019EA\u200bP, ha de dur a terme una valoraci\u00f3 del desplegament del projecte per identificar-ne l\u2019impacte i orientar les millores per als cursos posteriors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avaluaci\u00f3, guies suports i mesures\u2026:<\/p>\n<p>Compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa i oral (<a
