Conservar i utilitzar de forma sostenible els oceans, mars i recursos marins per al desenvolupament sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Els oceans, per la composici\u00f3 i les caracter\u00edstiques, garanteixen l’estabilitat clim\u00e0tica i permeten que la Terra sigui un planeta habitable.<\/span><\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, proveeixen d’aliments i altres productes la meitat de la poblaci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n. Tot i aix\u00f2, les grans masses d’aigua, mars i oceans, es veuen sotmeses a una intensa pressi\u00f3. Els oceans reben grans quantitats de contaminants, sobretot des de terra ferma (qu\u00edmics, sobretot de l’agricultura, i tota mena de pl\u00e0stics, entre d’altres), i pateixen una sobreexplotaci\u00f3 dels recursos pesquers.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’ODS 14 aborda els greus problemes que afecten els mars i els oceans. Es tracta de protegir i gestionar de manera sostenible els ecosistemes marins i costaners, amb la perspectiva de conservar com a m\u00ednim el 10% de totes aquestes \u00e0rees. D’altra banda, cal preservar la pesca impulsant sistemes pesquers que fomentin la capacitat de regeneraci\u00f3 dels ecosistemes.<\/span><\/p>\n
