El Col\u00b7legi Oficial de Psic\u00f2legs de Catalunya (COPC) ha publicat, aquest mes d\u2019abril, una guia per a gestionar les relacions i per a millorar\u00a0 la conviv\u00e8ncia de les persones durant el confinament per l\u2019epid\u00e8mia del COVID-19.<\/p>\n

Segons la guia, el conflicte no \u00e9s bo ni dolent; forma part de les relacions. I pot estar ben o mal gestionat. Els conflictes ben gestionats produeixen canvis positius en el creixement personal i les relacions, mentre que mal gestionats generen distanciament i ressentiment.<\/p>\n
