Com vas de salut mental?<\/strong>\u00a0que va dirigida a Orientadors de Secund\u00e0ria, personal EAP, referents FEI, Inspecci\u00f3 educativa, Coordinadors dels Serveis Educatius dels territoris\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius de la sessi\u00f3 s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trencar els estigmes, prejudicis i pors que hi ha entorn a la salut mental i donar a con\u00e8ixer el programa What\u2019s up? Com vas de salut mental?<\/li>\n<li>Parlar obertament sobre salut mental<\/li>\n<li>Trencar l\u2019associaci\u00f3 entre salut mental<\/li>\n<li>Conscienciar sobre la relaci\u00f3 entre salut i emocions<\/li>\n<li>Donar eines pr\u00e0ctiques per a con\u00e8ixer el programa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I els continguts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Idees pr\u00e8vies entorn a la salut mental<\/li>\n<li>Les emocions: qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n i quina utilitat tenen? Totes les emocions s\u00f3n bones? El circuit de les emocions<\/li>\n<li>La relaci\u00f3 entre emocions i salut mental<\/li>\n<li>Estereotips, prejudici, estigma i discriminaci\u00f3 entorn a la salut mental<\/li>\n<li>Com promoure una
