En una primera fase es realitzaran un seguit de debats al territori. Els objectius que s&#8217;han definit, s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Definir els principis de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i les seves l\u00ednies d\u2019actuaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Visibilitzar l\u2019actiu que representa com a motor del canvi davant de la societat.<\/li>\n<li>Assenyalar les condicions que faciliten la millora, la consolidaci\u00f3 i l\u2019extensi\u00f3 del
