Autonomia i compet\u00e8ncia personal, Coneixement i interacci\u00f3 amb el m\u00f3n f\u00edsic.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Descripcio_de_la_bona_practica\">Descripci\u00f3 de la bona pr\u00e0ctica<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Curs acad\u00e8mic: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Punt de partida:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenvolupament del Decret 150\/2017 d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu i del Programa d\u2019impuls a la internacionalitzaci\u00f3 \u201cAprendre i interactuar en un context global\u201d (Resoluci\u00f3 ENS\/2336\/2018).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectius:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer altres metodologies o estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat i inclusi\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensibilitzar el claustre sobre la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat al centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millorar les habilitats del professorat per atendre les necessitats individuals de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millorar les habilitats per a atendre la diversitat cultural, social i ling\u00fc\u00edstica de l\u2019alumant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millorar les compet\u00e8ncies i habilitats de coordinaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure el reconeixement formal de les habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies adquirides com part del desenvolupament professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possibilitar el desenvolupament de la dimensi\u00f3 internacional del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potenciar la imatge del centre en l\u2019entorn m\u00e9s proper. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desenvolupament de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot va comen\u00e7ar per la tasca duta a terme pel company de claustre que \u00e9s ambaixador eTwinning (Florenci Sales) i que ens va proposar si vol\u00edem fer un pas m\u00e9s dintre del m\u00f3n dels projectes internacionals, despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver estat treballant diferents projectes eTwinning al llarg dels \u00faltims cursos escolars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es va fer una detecci\u00f3 de necessitats al centre demanant al claustre quines eren les seves prioritats i, despr\u00e9s de fer una votaci\u00f3, es va acordar que els principals punts febles eren la inclusi\u00f3 &#8211; equitat i discapacitat \u2013 i el tractament dels diferents ritmes d\u2019aprenentatge dins l\u2019aula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La redacci\u00f3 de la sol\u00b7licitud del projecte Erasmus+ es va centrar en aquests punts i, un cop vam tenir aprovat el KA101, vam procedir a engegar les col\u00b7laboracions amb els socis de Portugal i Finl\u00e0ndia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte constava de dues mobilitats de professorat:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un jobshadowing a Portugal, concretament a Vila Verde, per visitar l\u2019Agrupamento de Escolas de Moure e Ribeira do Neiva i poder copsar com es feia l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat al centre portugu\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Un curset a Joensuu (Finl\u00e0ndia), a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 Edukarjala, que oferia un curs amb una tem\u00e0tica que s\u2019ajustava a les nostres necessitats de formaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En acabar les dues mobilitats es van oferir formacions de centre (tallers a centre: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNoves din\u00e0miques per a la millora de la inclusi\u00f3 a l\u2019aula\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) per tal de transferir els coneixements adquirits a la resta del claustre i poder posar en pr\u00e0ctica tot all\u00f2 apr\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tal de certificar aquesta formaci\u00f3, els\/les participants havien de presentar UD i\/o activitats inclusives, seguint les pautes del DUA. Aix\u00f2 ens va permetre fer un portfoli de materials que s\u00f3n, i seran, consultables per la resta de membres del claustre i que posen en pr\u00e0ctica la<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0igualtat d\u2019oportunitats en l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019educaci\u00f3. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Temporitzaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setembre 2019-juny 2022<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recursos humans: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">grup impulsor del projecte Erasmus+.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Recursos materials:<\/b> els elaborats per a fer la transfer\u00e8ncia al centre i els elaborats pel professorat per tal de certificar les hores dels Tallers a centre que es van dur a terme despr\u00e9s de les dues mobilitats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valoracions i conclusions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest projecte ha perm\u00e8s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millorar la preparaci\u00f3 de materials adaptats a les caracter\u00edstiques de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impulsar al centre cap a la inclusi\u00f3 total en totes les \u00e0rees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure la internacionalitzaci\u00f3 del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenvolupar vincles amb docents estrangers per a la realitzaci\u00f3 de futurs projectes europeus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure la imatge del centre en l\u2019entorn.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 complement\u00e0ria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es pot consultar el projecte eTwinning associat: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twinspace.etwinning.net\/94906\/home\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser diferentes es lo que nos hace especiales: me incluyo<\/span><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest Twinspace va ser la plataforma de coordinaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 del projecte Erasmus+ i recull pas a pas tot el desenvolupament del KA1. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019hi pot trobar una galeria de fotos de les dues mobilitats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projectes internacionals a l\u2019INS La S\u00e9nia: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-la-senia\/categoria\/mobilitat\/secundaria\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ERASMUS + Secund\u00e0ria<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Articles al Senienc:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setembre de 2020<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Maig de 2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recomanacions per als intercanvis:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s molt important tenir clar quins s\u00f3n els objectius que es volen aconseguir amb la mobilitat i la repercussi\u00f3 que pot tenir aix\u00f2 al centre. Sin\u00f3 el projecte t\u00e9 el perill de convertir-se en un simple viatge de professorat a l\u2019estranger i no hi hauria transfer\u00e8ncia possible al claustre de professorat del centre d\u2019origen. <\/span><\/li>\n<li>Cal tamb\u00e9 fer una bona tria dels socis d\u2019acollida, per evitar despr\u00e9s trobar-se amb sorpreses quan ja hi ets al lloc en q\u00fcesti\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Valoraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la valoraci\u00f3 global \u00e9s molt positiva i molt enriquidora.
