Enguany, s\u2019han decidit a iniciar el nou model de formaci\u00f3 interna de centre (FIC), tot seguint un itinerari dirigit des del Dep. d\u2019Ensenyament, concretament \u2018Parlar per escriure\u2019, per iniciar una l\u00ednia de treball intern que s\u2019inclou dins de la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica comunicativa.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Ambits_d8217actuacio\">\u00c0mbits d\u2019actuaci\u00f3<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tot el professorat del centre, incloent-hi tamb\u00e9 diversos professionals de la ZER Mestral, de la qual el centre forma part Educaci\u00f3 infantil i prim\u00e0ria<br \/>\nMarc de treball: Formaci\u00f3 Interna de Centre (FIC). Itinerari guiat, compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica comunicativa<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"AreesMateriesModuls\">\u00c0rees\/Mat\u00e8ries\/M\u00f2duls<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0rea de Llengua<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Capacitats_Competencies\">Capacitats \/ Compet\u00e8ncies<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>(1) Actualitzaci\u00f3 de coneixements professionals: Comunicativa ling\u00fc\u00edstica.<br \/>\n(2) Tractament de la informaci\u00f3 i compet\u00e8ncia digital, com a compet\u00e8ncia instrumental professional<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Descripcio_de_la_bona_practica\">Descripci\u00f3 de la bona pr\u00e0ctica<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Curs acad\u00e8mic:\u00a0<\/strong>2012-2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punt de partida:\u00a0<\/strong>A m\u00e9s el pla lector de centre, ent\u00e8s com un pretext per estructurar i planificar la compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa, es vol planificar el treball oral que ens ha d e conduir a l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 escrita.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectius:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Exercitar la conversa com apunt previ a l&#8217;escriptura.<br \/>\n&#8211; Planificar qu\u00e8, quan i com escriure.<br \/>\n&#8211; Organitzar dins l&#8217;horari les activitats orals pr\u00e8vies a les escrites.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cohesionar l\u2019equip docent i donar-los\u00a0 pautes per flexibilitzar els canvis entre els cicles i\/o nivells educatius<br \/>\n&#8211; Planificar la transfer\u00e8ncia a l\u2019aula per al curs vinent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desenvolupament de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia:\u00a0<\/strong>Essent que \u00e9s el primer curs en qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha donat a con\u00e8ixer la FIC, i que no s\u2019ha iniciat fins a aquest segon trimestre de curs, s\u2019han documentat \u00fanicament dos sessions presencials a nivell del treball del curs concret. Pr\u00e8viament, s\u2019ha realitzat tot aquell proc\u00e9s previ de detectar i identificar les necessitats formatives, escollir el punt de partida, i decidir els objectius a assolir al final de la formaci\u00f3. S\u2019ha creat el grup impulsor de la FIC en qu\u00e8 hi est\u00e0 un membre de l\u2019equip directiu i dos mestres, s\u2019han fet diverses reunions amb la referent del CRP per clarificar totes aquelles q\u00fcestions de car\u00e0cter administratiu i\/o metodol\u00f2gic que es requereixen per validar-la oficialment. Una altra fase del treball previ al desenvolupament dels continguts te\u00f2rics ha estat dissenyar l\u2019estructura o plataforma telem\u00e0tica per establir una comunicaci\u00f3 fluida entre tots\/es els\/les participants ( creaci\u00f3 de Wiikispace). Un pas previ que facilita en gran manera totes les tasques posteriors pel que fa a documentaci\u00f3 elaborada, documents de consulta, actes, conclusions del equips de treball, \u2026 i que, posteriorment, configuraran la carpeta de formaci\u00f3. En aquest sentit, el professorat treballar\u00e0 tamb\u00e9 el tractament de la informaci\u00f3 com a instrument efica\u00e7 de comunicaci\u00f3 compartida entre el grup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temporitzaci\u00f3:\u00a0<\/strong>S\u2019han planificat 8 sessions presencials de treball en gran grup, de les quals se n\u2019han realitzat \u00fanicament les dos primeres. Posteriorment hi haur\u00e0 el treball intern b\u00e0sicament individual o b\u00e9 en petit grup, que aportar\u00e0 la vessant experimental a l\u2019aula, la de compartir les diferents experi\u00e8ncies, i la d\u2019extreure\u2019n les conclusions.<br \/>\nFinalment es decidir\u00e0 la concreci\u00f3 de la compet\u00e8ncia en el curr\u00edculum integrat del centre per al curs vinent (PGA)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recursos humans i materials:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recursos humans: Equip impulsor de la FIC. Profesional de suport del CRP BE: Carme Valldep\u00e9rez. Inspecci\u00f3 del centre.<\/p>\n<p>Recursos materials: Documents est\u00e0ndards pautats sessi\u00f3 a sessi\u00f3, amb el progr\u00e9s del treball te\u00f2ric i l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula; i el posterior retorn al grup a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e0ctica reflexiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valoracions i conclusions:\u00a0<\/strong>Existeix la motivaci\u00f3 inicial de treure partit a tot all\u00f2 que aporta no nom\u00e9s coneixement sin\u00f3 sobretot el progr\u00e9s de tot l\u2019equip docent en conjunt. Pel moment, s\u2019estan salvant totes les dificultats que van sorgint. Important\u00edssim la implicaci\u00f3 de tot el professorat que es podria \u2018un centre que apr\u00e8n\u2019 qualificar com \u2018un centre que apr\u00e8n\u2019, a trav\u00e9s del sabers i coneixements compartits. Per a arribar a les conclusions caldr\u00e0 esperar a finalitzar l\u2019activitat FIC i veure si s\u2019han assolit la majoria dels objectius, i com es d\u00f3na continu\u00eftat tot pensant en la transfer\u00e8ncia a l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 complement\u00e0ria: <\/strong>Documentaci\u00f3 complement\u00e0ria i de consulta online a la xarxa inform\u00e0tica (p\u00e0g. Web), referenciada a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3. Informaci\u00f3 rebuda per part del Centre de Recursos del Baix Ebre.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Autoria_de_l8217experiencia\">Autoria de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Coordinaci\u00f3:\u00a0<\/strong>Equip impulsor de la formaci\u00f3: format per tres mestres del Centre.<br \/>\n<strong>Professorat implicat: <\/strong>12 participants: 8 mestres de l\u2019ESC Lligallo, 2 de l\u2019ESC Divina Pastora de Vinallop, m\u00e9s 2 mestres itinerants de la ZER Mestral. La pretensi\u00f3 era d\u2019incloure-hi tot el professorat de la ZER Mestral, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 no va ser possible per diversos motius.<br \/>\nL\u2019ESC Lligallo, que \u00e9s la qui ho encap\u00e7ala, compta amb tot el seu claustre en l\u2019activitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estat actual i perspectives de futur:\u00a0<\/strong>Enguany s\u2019ha iniciat aquesta experi\u00e8ncia formativa des de la novetat i sense saber del cert qu\u00e8 donar\u00e0 de si. En el moment actual, se sent ja la satisfacci\u00f3 del progr\u00e9s davant les dificultats pel canvi de concepci\u00f3 metodol\u00f2gica, i l\u2019estructuraci\u00f3 de la xarxa comunicativa entre els integrants. La previsi\u00f3 \u00e9s poder assolir les fites marcades, tant a nivell te\u00f2ric com pr\u00e0ctic i seguir en la consolidaci\u00f3 de la l\u00ednia de centre escollida.
