Va ser establert l\u2019any 2001 per iniciativa conjunta del Consell d\u2019Europa i la Comissi\u00f3 Europea.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mitjan\u00e7ant aquesta acci\u00f3, s\u2019anima uns 700 milions de ciutadans dels 46 estats membres del Consell d\u2019Europa a descobrir i aprendre lleng\u00fces a qualsevol edat, ja sigui dins de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 formal o paral\u00b7lelament. Aix\u00f2 reflecteix la convicci\u00f3 compartida del Consell d\u2019Europa i la Comissi\u00f3 Europea que la diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica \u00e9s un mitj\u00e0 poder\u00f3s per fomentar la comprensi\u00f3 intercultural i un component fonamental del ric patrimoni cultural europeu.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A la<a href=\"https:\/\/edl.ecml.at\/en\/\"> web<\/a> del Centre Europeu de les lleng\u00fces Modernes del Consell d\u2019Europa trobareu diferents propostes per treballar amb els vostres alumnes.
