Di\u00e0riament, els professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 decideixen com estructurar una activitat, com explicar un concepte clau o com donar suport a l\u2019alumnat. La q\u00fcesti\u00f3 fonamental, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del \u201cqu\u00e8 fem?\u201d, \u00e9s&nbsp;<strong>\u201cdel que fem, qu\u00e8 t\u00e9 un impacte real i mesurable en l\u2019aprenentatge?\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per respondre a aquesta pregunta, la recerca educativa ens ofereix un marc de refer\u00e8ncia: les&nbsp;<strong>Estrat\u00e8gies Docents d\u2019Alt Impacte (HITS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les HITS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concepte HITS (High Impact Teaching Strategies) es tracta d\u2019un&nbsp;<strong>compendi de pr\u00e0ctiques pedag\u00f2giques que l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia ha demostrat<\/strong>&nbsp;que tenen una influ\u00e8ncia positiva i significativa en els resultats acad\u00e8mics dels estudiants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes estrat\u00e8gies identifiquen les accions docents que, estad\u00edsticament, tenen m\u00e9s probabilitats de generar un aprenentatge profund i durador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la intu\u00efci\u00f3: la pr\u00e0ctica intencional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moltes d\u2019aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques poden semblar familiars o fins i tot formar part del repertori habitual de molts docents. Tanmateix, l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 clau de l\u2019enfocament HITS \u00e9s el canvi de la intu\u00efci\u00f3 a la&nbsp;<strong>intencionalitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es tracta nom\u00e9s d\u2019aplicar una t\u00e8cnica, sin\u00f3 de comprendre&nbsp;<em>per qu\u00e8<\/em>&nbsp;funciona i aplicar-la amb&nbsp;<strong>precisi\u00f3, rigor i freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s refinar la pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria, posant el focus en aquells aspectes crucials de la interacci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica que realment marquen la difer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu final no \u00e9s incrementar les hores de treball, sin\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>focalitzar l\u2019energia professional<\/strong>&nbsp;en aquelles intervencions que generen un major retorn educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una eina per al desenvolupament professional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adoptar un marc basat en l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia com les HITS \u00e9s una oportunitat potent per al desenvolupament professional.
