Els esports alternatius\u201d<\/strong>.<br><br>Aquesta proposta neix com a resposta a la preocupaci\u00f3 creixent pel <strong>sedentarisme adolescent<\/strong>, i aposta per una metodologia din\u00e0mica, inclusiva i cooperativa. A trav\u00e9s de <strong>jocs i esports alternatius<\/strong>, es convida l\u2019alumnat a participar activament en activitats f\u00edsiques que es poden dur a terme tant en entorns <strong>naturals com urbans<\/strong>.<br><br>L\u2019objectiu no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s fomentar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 treballar valors com la <strong>col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3<\/strong>, la <strong>resoluci\u00f3 de problemes<\/strong>, el <strong>respecte pel joc net<\/strong>, i el <strong>desenvolupament d\u2019habilitats t\u00e0ctiques i t\u00e8cniques<\/strong> des d\u2019un enfocament l\u00fadic i integrador.<br><br>Per facilitar la implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta proposta a l\u2019aula, el <strong>Centre de Recursos Pedag\u00f2gics Maresme II (Pineda)<\/strong> posa a disposici\u00f3 del professorat <strong>tot el material necessari per dur a terme les activitats<\/strong>.
