\"\"<\/a>Ja tenim aqu\u00ed el\u00a0nou document d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 per a la planificaci\u00f3 i implementaci\u00f3 de les mesures i suports universals en el centre educatiu.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Aquest document \u00e9s una eina per a la millora de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a tot l\u2019alumnat en el marc de l\u2019escola inclusiva.<\/p>\n

Les mesures i els suports universals\u00a0s\u2019adrecen a tot l\u2019alumnat\u00a0<\/strong>i poden ser aplicats per a tots els professionals del centre, liderats per l\u2019equip directiu i coordinats per l\u2019equip docent, amb la implicaci\u00f3 de tota la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n

El document contempla diverses opcions per ajustar-se a les necessitats de la persona lectora. La lectura acurada de tot el document, seguint l\u2019ordre dels diversos apartats correlativament, facilita el coneixement de la normativa i afavoreix fer-se una representaci\u00f3 dels principis conceptuals que sustenten l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu. Al mateix temps, \u00e9s possible accedir directament als diferents apartats o tamb\u00e9, al final del document, consultar el quadre-llista de les mesures i suports universals amb els enlla\u00e7os per accedir a la informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Les mesures i suports universals, descrits en els diferents apartats d\u2019aquest document, no es poden entendre de manera a\u00efllada o fragmentada at\u00e8s el seu car\u00e0cter transversal i universal.<\/p>\n
