El programa que us presentem a continuaci\u00f3 pot esdevenir un bon cam\u00ed, convida als centres educatius a passar de la reflexi\u00f3 a l\u2019acci\u00f3 per mitj\u00e0 d\u2019un itinerari pr\u00e0ctic i vivencial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acompanya als centres en la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019una cultura equitativa, participativa i de retruc, m\u00e9s inclusiva. Per facilitar el proc\u00e9s, els centres disposen d\u2019unes guies espec\u00edfiques adaptades a les diferents etapes educativa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Educaci\u00f3 Infantil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Educaci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria i Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Formaci\u00f3 Professional<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per mitj\u00e0 de din\u00e0miques i activitats pr\u00e0ctiques l\u2019alumnat reflexiona i treballa aspectes relacionats amb l\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i social, tals com el g\u00e8nere, la cultura, el benestar emocional,\u00a0 la conviv\u00e8ncia, la participaci\u00f3 i el sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els centres educatius que decideixin implementar el programa comptaran amb suport de les dinamitzadores d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva (DEI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El programa presenta 6 fases que permeten avan\u00e7ar de manera progressiva i personalitzada en funci\u00f3 de les necessitats del grup-classe:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/lleida\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2525\/2026\/05\/Fases-CeD.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10124 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/lleida\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2525\/2026\/05\/Fases-CeD-1024x141.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"871\" height=\"120\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/lleida\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2525\/2026\/05\/Fases-CeD-1024x141.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/lleida\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2525\/2026\/05\/Fases-CeD-300x41.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/lleida\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2525\/2026\/05\/Fases-CeD-768x106.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/lleida\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2525\/2026\/05\/Fases-CeD-1536x211.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/lleida\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2525\/2026\/05\/Fases-CeD.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 871px) 100vw, 871px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aquest cam\u00ed ajuda als centres a identificar necessitats i fortaleses, prendre decisions consensuades i impulsar accions concretes que generin canvis reals al dia a dia dels centres educatius.
