Aquest \u00e9s una iniciativa que vol mostrar a la societat com \u00e9s l\u2019actual Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica a les escoles, seguint el lema \u201c<strong>Estil de vida actiu per a tothom i per sempre<\/strong>\u201c, com a base per instaurar uns h\u00e0bits saludables i un &#8220;Estil de Vida Actiu&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activitat organitzada des del Seminari d\u2019EF i amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat de cicles formatius de l\u2019Institut Esport de Barcelona.\u26f9\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* Per poder participar a l&#8217;activitat, \u00e9s imprescindible que el o la docent assisteixi a la sessi\u00f3 preparat\u00f2ria del seminari.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/ieb.cat\/arriba-a-barcelona-el-defc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8211;&gt;
