El professorat hi participa a trav\u00e9s del proc\u00e9s de detecci\u00f3 de necessitats (demandes formatives) i mitjan\u00e7ant la seva representaci\u00f3 en la comissi\u00f3 del PFZ de Les Corts.<\/p>\n<p><b>Les l\u00ednies estrat\u00e8giques de la formaci\u00f3<\/b> tenen per finalitat impulsar el desenvolupament professional en els \u00e0mbits seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Compet\u00e8ncies professionals docents:<\/strong> definir el nou marc de refer\u00e8ncia de les compet\u00e8ncies professionals docents per a la transformaci\u00f3 del sistema educatiu.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Inducci\u00f3 a la doc\u00e8ncia:<\/strong> avan\u00e7ar cap a un nou model d\u2019inducci\u00f3 a la doc\u00e8ncia i centres de refer\u00e8ncia per a la formaci\u00f3 inicial.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Centres educatius en l\u00ednia<\/strong>: impulsar la innovaci\u00f3 organitzativa i metodol\u00f2gica en els processos d\u2019educaci\u00f3 h\u00edbrida a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3, els recursos digitals i la promoci\u00f3 del treball en xarxa.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Cultura digital<\/strong>: capacitar digitalment l\u2019alumnat i el professorat en el marc del Pla Digital de Catalunya.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Nous contextos i recursos per al desenvolupament professional:<\/strong> promoure plans de formaci\u00f3 als centres, a la zona educativa i a les xarxes per al desenvolupament professional docent en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els agents educatius de l\u2019entorn.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Aprenentatge competencial<\/strong>: afavorir metodologies innovadores per al treball competencial amb propostes did\u00e0ctiques, gesti\u00f3 de projectes transversals i models d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 competencials, en un marc pluriling\u00fce i d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa personalitzada.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Educaci\u00f3 inclusiva:<\/strong> generar itineraris d\u2019aprenentatge personalitzats, amb interrelaci\u00f3 d\u2019emocions, motivaci\u00f3 i cognici\u00f3, posant en valor la difer\u00e8ncia com a oportunitat d\u2019aprenentatge per al conjunt de la comunitat educativa.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Perspectiva de g\u00e8nere:<\/strong> afavorir una educaci\u00f3 sense estereotips sexistes ni discriminacions, relacionades amb el g\u00e8nere o amb l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 afectiva-sexual, aix\u00ed com una orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i professional no sexista.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Educaci\u00f3 per a la sostenibilitat:<\/strong> contribuir a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3 docent a l\u2019assoliment dels Objectius per a un Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS), com a marc competencial de la ciutadania catalana del segle XXI.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Evid\u00e8ncies d\u2019impacte:<\/strong> impulsar processos d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3, generadors d\u2019evid\u00e8ncies per permetre la presa de decisions orientades a la millora i la rendici\u00f3 de comptes com a cultura de centre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament d\u2019Ensenyament ha establert un conjunt de l\u00ednies de formaci\u00f3 permanent per donar resposta a les necessitats de formaci\u00f3 permanent dels centres educatius i dels docents de Catalunya.
