Aquest programa \u00e9s un paradigma educatiu que promou accions que incideixin sobre les causes de les desigualtats i els conflictes, en la defensa dels drets humans i que actua sobre les pr\u00e0ctiques de poder injustes o discriminat\u00f2ries que es generen en cadenes de subministrament global i pr\u00e0ctiques empresarials en diferents \u00e0mbits (electr\u00f2nica, alimentaci\u00f3, t\u00e8xtil i banca) incidint en el coneixement i en la reflexi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica sobre els impactes del sistema capitalista actual i dels nostres patrons de consum.<\/p>\n<p>El programa pivota sobre tres eixos: Desigualtat, injust\u00edcies i Drets Humans, Cadenes de Subministrament globals i serveis bancaris, alternatives de consum, ecologia i feminismes.<br \/>\nMitjan\u00e7ant una proposta de sessions te\u00f2riques pel professorat, m\u00f2duls formatius pels alumnes, projecte pr\u00e0ctic i intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies entre els centres es proporcionaran eines te\u00f2riques i pr\u00e0ctiques per desenvolupar projectes de continu\u00eftat als centres.<\/p>\n<p>El programa consta de 3 fases: la primera adre\u00e7ada al professorat, i la segona consta de la implementaci\u00f3 dels projectes escollits pel professorat i dirigits a l\u2019alumnat, i la tercera fase de tancament i intercanvi entre centres.<\/p>\n<p>Calendari:<br \/>\n<strong>Fase 1 \u2013 Formaci\u00f3 al professorat:<\/strong> Octubre-Novembre 2021 (online): 6 sessions de 2 hores m\u00e9s treball personal. Acreditaci\u00f3 de 20 hores.<a href=\"https:\/\/aplicacions.gestioeducativa.gencat.cat\/pls\/soloas\/pk_for_mod_ins.p_for_cons_activitats?p_any=2021-2022&amp;p_codi=1040281104\"> Inscripci\u00f3 al GTAF a partir del 13 de setembre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fase 2 \u2013 Implementaci\u00f3 del\/s projectes a l\u2019aula:<\/strong> Gener-Mar\u00e7 2022 o Abril-Juny 2022:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Implementaci\u00f3 de les activitats del programa formatiu escollit (Electr\u00f2nica Justa, Banca Armada, Sobirania Aliment\u00e0ria i\/o T\u00e8xtil) pel professorat segons la seva l\u00ednia educativa a l\u2019alumnat durant el 2n o 3er trimestre en 6 sessions te\u00f2riques d\u20191h (m\u00ednim 6h)<br \/>\n\u25cf Sessi\u00f3 participativa i dinamitzada pel professorat i el personal formador especialitzat en cada projecte per decidir el projecte, servei o exercici pr\u00e0ctic que desenvolupar\u00e0 l\u2019alumnat i posteriorment l\u2019execuci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest (5h) relacionat amb l\u2019acci\u00f3 formativa pr\u00e8via. Aquesta fase es dissenya de forma col\u00b7lectiva i genera un comprom\u00eds d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de tot el que s\u2019ha apr\u00e8s, tot<br \/>\ntreballant sobre necessitats reals de l\u2019entorn amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar-lo. Exemples de projectes que podrien sorgir de l\u2019alumnat: canvis de prove\u00efdors de b\u00e9ns o serveis del propi centre, exposicions de sensibilitzaci\u00f3, representaci\u00f3 d\u2019una obra de teatre o realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019un programa de r\u00e0dio.
