L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s mostrar <strong>referents femenins en \u00e0mbits industrials<\/strong>, trencant estereotips i obrint noves perspectives professionals per a les futures generacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa es basa en la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre <strong>alumnat, professorat, professionals i forces socials<\/strong>, establint una plataforma nacional de suport i promoci\u00f3 de les carreres industrials per a dones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un projecte amb una missi\u00f3 clara<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Captar talent femen\u00ed<\/strong> en professions industrials.<br>\ud83d\udccc Establir una <strong>xarxa nacional de suport<\/strong> per a estudiants i exalumnes dones.<br>\ud83d\udccc Donar visibilitat a les <strong>professions de la ind\u00fastria 4.0<\/strong> i altres sectors vocacionals masculinitzats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comprom\u00eds amb la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EdtWomenDays treballa per <strong>desmitificar els estereotips de g\u00e8nere<\/strong> en el sector industrial, permetent que les noies
