{"id":8256,"date":"2019-02-22T11:54:19","date_gmt":"2019-02-22T10:54:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/girones\/?page_id=8256"},"modified":"2021-07-19T10:42:48","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T08:42:48","slug":"credv-once","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/girones\/el-servei-educatiu\/credv-once\/","title":{"rendered":"CREDV-ONCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Descripci\u00f3<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El CREDV-ONCE \u00e9s un servei educatiu espec\u00edfic, fruit del conveni de col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 entre el Departament d\u2019Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya i l&#8217;ONCE, que d\u00f3na suport a la tasca docent del professorat pel que fa a alumnes amb greus d\u00e8ficits visuals, a m\u00e9s d\u2019oferir atenci\u00f3 directa a aquest alumnat i orientaci\u00f3 a les fam\u00edlies. La seva intervenci\u00f3 es concreta en tres grans \u00e0mbits: alumnat i fam\u00edlies, centres i professorat, i zona educativa.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e0mbit d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 del CREDV-ONCE \u00e9s tot Catalunya, la seu central \u00e9s a Barcelona i disposa de 3 subseus a Girona, Lleida i Tarragona.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alumnat amb d\u00e8ficit visual, llurs fam\u00edlies i centres educatius al llarg de l\u2019escolaritat obligat\u00f2ria.<\/li>\n<li>Centres (ordinaris i d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial), i professorat de l\u2019alumnat amb greus dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3 i\/o llenguatge, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;EAP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Objectius<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Realitzar la valoraci\u00f3 i seguiment psicopedag\u00f2gic de l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives derivades de d\u00e8ficit visual.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzar la valoraci\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica del proc\u00e9s evolutiu de l\u2019alumnat amb d\u00e8ficit visual durant la seva escolaritat, com a m\u00ednim a P-5, a 2n de prim\u00e0ria, a 6\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria i a 2n d&#8217;ESO (PIA).<\/li>\n<li>Proporcionar assessorament, material, estrat\u00e8gies i modelatge al professorat de l\u2019alumnat amb defici\u00e8ncia visual.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els centres i el servei educatiu de zona, en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 curricular per a alumnes amb discapacitat visual.<\/li>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3, prescripci\u00f3 i seguiment tecnol\u00f2gic i d\u2019adequaci\u00f3 de materials educatius per a l\u2019alumnat amb trastorns de la visi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Orientaci\u00f3 a les fam\u00edlies, informaci\u00f3 i assessorament per a la presa de decisions relacionades amb els seus fills o filles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Acc\u00e9s<\/h5>\n<p>Derivats per l&#8217;EAP de la zona a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un full protocol\u00b7litzat de demanda.<br \/>\nEl infants de 0 a 3 anys amb diagn\u00f2stic de ceguesa o trastorns greus de la visi\u00f3, la fam\u00edlia, el CDIAP o l&#8217;EAP poden accedir directament al CREDV-ONCE.<\/p>\n<h5>Contacte<\/h5>\n<p>Horari de contacte: dimecres de 9.00 a 14.00<br \/>\nTel\u00e8fon: 972 41 35 69 (ext. 6)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Descripci\u00f3 El CREDV-ONCE \u00e9s un servei educatiu espec\u00edfic, fruit del conveni de col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 entre el Departament d\u2019Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya i l&#8217;ONCE, que d\u00f3na suport a la tasca docent del professorat pel que fa a alumnes amb greus d\u00e8ficits visuals, a m\u00e9s d\u2019oferir atenci\u00f3 directa a aquest alumnat i orientaci\u00f3 a les fam\u00edlies.
