Aquest \u00e9s el nom que rep l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3 Erasmus+ KA120 del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya en l\u2019\u00e0mbit d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Escolar.\u00a0 S\u2019implementa a trav\u00e9s de <strong>projectes KA121 que es convoquen anualment<\/strong>.
