Dijous 24 de setembre, a les 17:30 hores, a l’espai Casa Sabater a Girona, tindr\u00e0 lloc la xerrada sobre Ioga i educaci\u00f3, una mirada integradora<\/strong> a c\u00e0rrec de la professora de ioga i docent, Dolors Garcia. En aquesta xerrada s’exploraran els camins del ioga i la seva\u00a0aplicaci\u00f3 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una mirada integradora, ja que ofereix recursos per fomentar la consci\u00e8ncia corporal, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 plena, la regulaci\u00f3 emocional i l\u2019autoconeixement, aspectes importants en els processos d\u2019aprenentatge i desenvolupament personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es compartiran exemples<\/strong> concrets per aplicar a l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
