href=\"https:\/\/igualtat.gencat.cat\/ca\/ambits-dactuacio\/cures-temps-i-treballs\/Equitat-en-els-treballs\/Dones-Futur-despertem-vocacions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">+Dones +Futur: despertem vocacions<\/a><\/strong>, impulsat pel Departament d\u2019Igualtat i Feminisme de la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Aquest projecte t\u00e9 com a objectiu&nbsp;<strong>fomentar les vocacions entre nenes i joves i visibilitzar referents femenins en sectors on les dones encara s\u00f3n minorit\u00e0ries<\/strong>, com la ind\u00fastria, l\u2019\u00e0mbit STEAM (ci\u00e8ncia, tecnologia, enginyeria, arts i matem\u00e0tiques) i el sector primari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;El programa&nbsp;<strong>connecta centres educatius amb empreses i organitzacions<\/strong>&nbsp;per tal que l\u2019alumnat pugui con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 diferents professions a trav\u00e9s de visites i activitats, contribuint a&nbsp;<strong>trencar estereotips de g\u00e8nere i ampliar els horitzons formatius i professionals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><a
