El document pret\u00e9n aportar orientacions i proporcionar elements als centres educatius per a la presa de decisions a l&#8217;hora de concretar les mesures i suports universals en el marc d&#8217;una atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa compr\u00e8n el conjunt de <strong>mesures i suports<\/strong> destinats a tots l&#8217;alumnat, amb la finalitat d&#8217;afavorir el seu desenvolupament personal i social, i perqu\u00e8 avancin en l&#8217;assoliment de les <strong>compet\u00e8ncies de cada etapa educativa<\/strong>\u00a0i en la transici\u00f3 a la vida adulta.
