{"id":4037,"date":"2023-01-23T13:53:32","date_gmt":"2023-01-23T12:53:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/garrotxa\/?p=4037"},"modified":"2023-01-23T13:53:32","modified_gmt":"2023-01-23T12:53:32","slug":"guia-per-a-labordatge-de-les-conductes-suicides-en-centres-educatius","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/garrotxa\/general\/guia-per-a-labordatge-de-les-conductes-suicides-en-centres-educatius\/","title":{"rendered":"GUIA PER A L&#8217;ABORDATGE DE LES CONDUCTES SU\u00cfCIDES EN CENTRES EDUCATIUS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recull orientacions sobre com cal actuar de forma coordinada entre els agents educatius i de salut.<\/p>\n<p>Els efectes de la pand\u00e8mia de la covid-19 han incrementat els factors de risc del su\u00efcidi: l\u2019a\u00efllament social, i l\u2019impacte econ\u00f2mic i social.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els centres de salut mental infantil i juvenil han incrementat un 8,5% el nombre de persones ateses el 2021, respecte del 2019.<\/li>\n<li>El Codi Risc Su\u00efcidi de Catalunya va registrar, en l\u2019any posterior a la pand\u00e8mia, un increment de temptatives de su\u00efcidi en noies d\u2019entre 12 i 18 anys del 195% respecte de l\u2019any anterior. En nois l\u2019increment va ser del 10%.<\/li>\n<li>El 2020 el su\u00efcidi va ser la primera causa de mort entre les persones entre 15 i 44 anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, s\u2019ha presentat la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/PC\/Protocols\/2022-Guia-Abordatge-Conducta-Suicida-Autolesions-Suicides-Centres.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guia per a l\u2019abordatge de la conducta su\u00efcida i de les autolesions no su\u00efcides<\/a>\u00a0en el centre educatiu. La guia orienta sobre com cal actuar de forma coordinada entre els agents educatius i de salut en els seg\u00fcents casos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una verbalitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019intencionalitat su\u00efcida<\/li>\n<li>Una temptativa<\/li>\n<li>Un su\u00efcidi pr\u00f2piament dit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha orientacions sobre com actuar davant les autolesions no su\u00efcides.<\/p>\n<p>El document busca que el docent, en el cas que detecti qualsevol de les circumst\u00e0ncies descrites, s\u00e0piga com acompanyar l\u2019alumne afectat i conegui quin \u00e9s el circuit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 que li cal seguir.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop presentada la Guia, ser\u00e0 distribu\u00efda a tots els centres educatius amb elements de suport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enquesta de benestar emocional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ha portat a terme una Enquesta de benestar emocional que van respondre prop de 270.000 alumnes de prop de 2.000 centres educatius, des de 5\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria a 2n de batxillerat (per tant, d\u2019edats compreses entre els 10 i els 18 anys) el maig de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats indiquen (preguntes exclusives per a ESO i batxillerat):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un 8,3% dels joves han pensat ocasionalment a fer-se mal o autolesionar-se, i un 5,8% hi ha pensat sovint.<\/li>\n<li>Un 10,9% han tingut ocasionalment pensaments su\u00efcides i un 8,7% hi ha pensat sovint.<\/li>\n<li>Un 6,2% s\u2019ha provocat autolesions de forma ocasional i un 3,2% sovint.<\/li>\n<li>No obstant, els alumnes que no ho han fet mai o poques vegades sempre s\u00f3n majoria: un 76%, 73% i 81%, respectivament, a les tres preguntes detallades anteriorment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4038\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/garrotxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu774\/2023\/01\/GUIA-CONDUCTA-SUICIDA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/garrotxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu774\/2023\/01\/GUIA-CONDUCTA-SUICIDA.jpg 598w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/garrotxa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu774\/2023\/01\/GUIA-CONDUCTA-SUICIDA-300x234.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 598px) 100vw, 598px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recull orientacions sobre com cal actuar de forma coordinada entre els agents educatius i de salut.
