AN\u00c0LISI DEL CONTEXT DEL PROFESSORAT DE 4t d’ESO. CURS 2018-2019<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00c9s el darrer volum d\u2019una s\u00e8rie de quatre i porta per t\u00edtol\u00a0<\/i>An\u00e0lisi del context del professorat de quart d’ESO. Curs 2018-2019. <\/i>Aquest n\u00famero 25, dedicat a l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de resultats del q\u00fcestionari que ha respost el professorat, comen\u00e7a descrivint les caracter\u00edstiques dels q\u00fcestionaris i les dades objectives del professorat. Despr\u00e9s, hi ha uns cap\u00edtols dedicats a definir com \u00e9s el col\u00b7lectiu docent: quina experi\u00e8ncia laboral t\u00e9, quin grau de satisfacci\u00f3 personal, com \u00e9s el seu desenvolupament professional, etc. Tot seguit, els cap\u00edtols s\u2019emmarquen en els centres educatius: quins usos es fan dels recursos que tenen els centres, com \u00e9s la funci\u00f3 directiva, quin \u00e9s l\u2019ambient i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre, i com es podrien classificar els centres educatius a partir del seu nivell de complexitat. L\u2019\u00faltim cap\u00edtol, l\u201911, podr\u00edem dir que \u00e9s un resum de tot plegat, ja que s\u2019hi presenta una s\u00edntesi final dels resultats observats en els cap\u00edtols anteriors. El volum cont\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 un annex, que \u00e9s el q\u00fcestionari que va respondre el professorat que va formar part de la mostra.<\/span><\/p>\n
