Gesti\u00f3 de les emocions \u00e9s una actuaci\u00f3 de diferents sessions que es duen a terme amb els alumnes de la UEC els dijous al mat\u00ed al llarg del curs acad\u00e8mic. En cada una d’aquestes sessions es treballa el reconeixement i la gesti\u00f3 de les diferents emocions que sentim en el nostre dia a dia.<\/p>\n
Aquestes sessions estan focalitzades amb les inquietuds i necessitats de l’alumnat de la UEC i tenen un caire molt vivencial i pr\u00e0ctic.<\/p>\n
