S&#8217;acompanya a vegades de plor inconsolable, incapacitat d&#8217;anomenar les emocions i d&#8217;un estat de cerca constant d&#8217;identitat; sentir-se estranger a qualsevol lloc, a l&#8217;origen i al dest\u00ed. El dol migratori t\u00e9 un impacte a llarg termini, \u00e9s intermitent i culturalment complex, i requereix d&#8217;una adaptabilitat constant davant de situacions que generen frustraci\u00f3 i desesperan\u00e7a a causa de la poca comprensi\u00f3 o de l&#8217;etnocentrisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Tres fases <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es poden descriure tres fases del dol migratori: euf\u00f2ria, confusi\u00f3\/ negaci\u00f3 i dolor emocional intens. Aquesta darrera fase es pot manifestar de diverses maneres: plor, malestar, r\u00e0bia envers els altres, p\u00e8rdua de mem\u00f2ria, o b\u00e9 dissociaci\u00f3. El proc\u00e9s vital de maduraci\u00f3 es desenvolupa fortament relacionat amb el dol. L&#8217;impacte emocional del dol migratori porta impl\u00edcites emocions i estats d&#8217;\u00e0nim com la tristesa, desorientaci\u00f3 i desconnexi\u00f3, tant de l&#8217;entorn d&#8217;origen com de l&#8217;actual. Tal i com afirma Ghulam, <em>&#8220;el migrant \u00e9s una persona que acaba de n\u00e9ixer en un altre lloc&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">S\u00edmptomes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes comuns del dol migratori poden ser canvis d&#8217;apetit, fatiga (emocional i f\u00edsica), trastorns del son i reaccions emocionals externes. Segons Ghulam, en un escenari aix\u00ed la validaci\u00f3 \u00e9s essencial. Cal acompanyar sense jutjar, cuidar la comunicaci\u00f3 i fer-se present. Aix\u00ed doncs, cal anar de la m\u00e0, acceptant el proc\u00e9s i deixant que cadasc\u00fa el transiti a la seva manera. Nadia Ghulam ens va explicar el record que tenia de l&#8217;acompanyament que li va fer la seva mare catalana a l&#8217;hora de decidir la seva indument\u00e0ria, primer amb mocador (li&#8217;n va deixar un de seu), despr\u00e9s amb gorra (fins hi tot dormia amb ella posada) i finalment, quan va decidir no portar cap pe\u00e7a de roba al cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Com podem acompanyar el nostre alumnat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El testimoni de Ghulam ens planteja una pregunta gaireb\u00e9 obligada: <em>com podem acompanyar al nostre alumnat que est\u00e0 transitant un proc\u00e9s de dol migratori? <\/em> Establir un vincle des de l&#8217;empatia, el coneixement i la comprensi\u00f3 \u00e9s b\u00e0sic. Cal observar, a la vegada que es deixa espai personal, tot oferint pres\u00e8ncia i acompanyament. \u00c9s clau la fe dipositada en el nostre alumnat: cal creure en ells\/es, i mostrar-los-hi el nostre respecte, toler\u00e0ncia i amor. En aquest anar de la m\u00e0 hi ha de tenir cabuda la possibilitat d&#8217;elecci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumne\/a pel que fa al seu proc\u00e9s vital. Aix\u00f2 s&#8217;aconsegueix, per exemple, en un context d&#8217;aula en el qual es demana a l&#8217;alumnat que faci una exposici\u00f3 sobre la seva cultura o b\u00e9 pa\u00eds d&#8217;origen, deixant-los escollir la cultura\/pa\u00eds sobre la \/el qual volen parlar. Fins i tot, potser seria un bon moment per introduir el concepte d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.3cat.cat\/3cat\/identitat-multiple\/video\/4561032\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.3cat.cat\/3cat\/identitat-multiple\/video\/4561032\/\">&#8220;identitat m\u00faltiple&#8221;<\/a>, que Sara Touri planteja de forma tan clara i reveladora. En definitiva, ens hem de revisar la mirada per calibrar la nostra definici\u00f3 de conceptes com integraci\u00f3 o intervenci\u00f3 educativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Un cant per a la pau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 ha acabat amb un bon regust de boca quan Nadia Ghulam ens ha presentat la seva darrera publicaci\u00f3, un conte sobre la pau que il\u00b7lustra Mona Brunet. El conte s&#8217;anomena &#8220;<em>El Cant de la Salam<\/em>&#8220;, de l&#8217;editorial DeFabula, i ja el podeu agafar de pr\u00e9stec de la nostra <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeH4evvFtc2QD8fJaFL_xeP1RJNAkyc2xdq_JrjlErSz_a_2A\/viewform?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=107480641565162713603\">biblioteca ELIC<\/a>.
