conjuntament el S\u00edndic de greuges i el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, en el marc del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sindic.cat\/site\/unitFiles\/6058\/Pacte%20segregacio%20escolar%202018_definitiu.pdf\" contra la segregaci\u00f3 escolar<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e0mbit municipal \u00e9s clau per la lluita contra la segregaci\u00f3 escolar i s\u00f3n moltes les administracions locals que han dut a terme bones pr\u00e0ctiques i reflexions que val la pena compartir amb tota la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta jornada, que combina pon\u00e8ncies, bones pr\u00e0ctiques, torns oberts de preguntes i grups de treball, \u00e9s una oportunitat excel\u00b7lent per con\u00e8ixer com s\u2019est\u00e0 desenvolupant el Pacte contra la Segregaci\u00f3 Escolar i per saber quines s\u00f3n les actuacions fetes fins aquest moment, tant des del punt de vista del Departament, com des del S\u00edndic i els diferents municipis signataris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La\u00a0 implicaci\u00f3 i coresponsabilitat de tots els agents educatius \u00e9s clau per combatre, de manera efectiva, la segregaci\u00f3 escolar dels infants i joves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7 trobareu tota la informaci\u00f3 sobre els objectius i el desenvolupament de la jornada,\u00a0 el nom de les
