wp-elements-271b31111dad54221653fbbd5a9f6cb6\"><strong>Normativa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a title=\"Llei org\u00e0nica 3\/2020, de 29 de desembre, per la qual es modifica la Llei org\u00e0nica 2\/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educaci\u00f3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2020-17264\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llei org\u00e0nica 3\/2020, de 29 de desembre, per la qual es modifica la Llei org\u00e0nica 2\/2006, de 3 de maig, d&#8217;educaci\u00f3<\/a> <\/strong>(LOMLOE): els canvis introdu\u00efts per la nova normativa afecten, entre d&#8217;altres, als \u00e0mbits seg\u00fcents tot i que resten a l&#8217;espera &nbsp;del desenvolupament corresponent\u200b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Formaci\u00f3 professional<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019actual formaci\u00f3 professional b\u00e0sica s\u2019inclou dins dels ensenyaments de formaci\u00f3 professional com a cicle formatiu de grau b\u00e0sic. S\u2019imparteix dins el tercer i el quart curs d\u2019ESO i, en finalitzar, condueix a l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 del t\u00edtol de graduat\/ada en ensenyaments secundaris obligatoris i una certificaci\u00f3 del nivell 1 de formaci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Ordenaci\u00f3 de la funci\u00f3 p\u00fablica docent i funcions dels cossos docents<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les actuals especialitats que integren el cos de professors t\u00e8cnics de formaci\u00f3 professional passen al cos de professorat d&#8217;ensenyament secundari i es declara &#8220;a extingir&#8221; el cos de professors t\u00e8cnics de formaci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Composici\u00f3 de les comissions de selecci\u00f3 de les direccions<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La LOMLOE torna a donar majoria de la comissi\u00f3 al centre (claustre i consell escolar), que amb la LOMCE havia passat a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament de l&#8217;etapa obligat\u00f2ria i el batxillerat<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eliminaci\u00f3 de la jerarquia de mat\u00e8ries a prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria, que passen a ser obligat\u00f2ries i optatives. La concreci\u00f3 de les mat\u00e8ries passa a ser conjunta de l&#8217;Estat i les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les mat\u00e8ries s&#8217;agrupen en \u00e0mbits de coneixement i els centres educatius recuperen capacitat per decidir una\u200b\u200b part del curr\u00edculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La religi\u00f3 deixa de tenir efectes acad\u00e8mics sense tenir una mat\u00e8ria alternativa i s&#8217;introdueix la mat\u00e8ria Valors C\u00edvics i \u00c8tics, que es cursar\u00e0 en algun curs de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i de la secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es limita el nombre de repeticions a un m\u00e0xim de dos en el global de l&#8217;etapa obligat\u00f2ria. Aquesta etapa queda configurada per l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria, la secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria i els cicles formatius de grau b\u00e0sic (que permeten assolir el gr\u200baduat en ESO i el t\u00edtol de t\u00e8cnic\/a b\u00e0sic en l&#8217;especialitat cursada).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#8217;eliminen les rev\u00e0lides o proves finals a les etapes que havien de ser superades per poder obtenir l&#8217;acreditaci\u00f3 corresponent. S&#8217;incorporen les avaluacions diagn\u00f2stiques (quart de prim\u00e0ria i segon d&#8217;ESO: censals; sis\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria i quart d&#8217;ESO: mostrals).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#8217;eliminen els itineraris de quart d&#8217;ESO que condu\u00efen cap al batxillerat o la formaci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#8217;estableix una nova modalitat \u201cGeneral&#8221; al batxillerat, a m\u00e9s de les de&nbsp; Ci\u00e8ncies i Tecnologia, Humanitats i Ci\u00e8ncies Socials i Arts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#8217;elimina l&#8217;apartat que definia el castell\u00e0 com a llengua vehicular a l&#8217;ensenyament que havia introdu\u00eft la LOMCE el 2013.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es proposa l&#8217;extensi\u00f3 de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil de 0 a 3 anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=938056\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decret 171\/2022, de 20 de setembre, d\u2019ordenaci\u00f3 dels ensenyaments de batxillerat<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defineix l\u2019estructura del curr\u00edculum i inclou com a novetat l\u2019enfocament competencial dels aprenentatges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es mant\u00e9 l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de les mat\u00e8ries i la distribuci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria,<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">&nbsp;i es considera la possibilitat d\u2019aplicar progressivament, durant els propers&nbsp;<\/span>tres cursos<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, la implantaci\u00f3 de les mat\u00e8ries optatives trimestrals.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=938401\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decret 175\/2022, de 27 de setembre, d\u2019ordenaci\u00f3 dels ensenyaments de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica<\/a><\/strong>: defineix l\u2019estructura del curr\u00edculum que inclou, com a novetat, les com\u200bpet\u00e8ncies clau<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">&nbsp;i el&nbsp;<\/span>perfil competencial de sortida<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, que concreten les finalitats educatives d\u2019aquestes etapes. Tamb\u00e9 incorpora nous elements curriculars per al desplegament de les \u00e0rees i mat\u00e8ries: compet\u00e8ncies espec\u00edfiques, criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, sabers i situacions. <\/span>Les principals novetats s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Els&nbsp;<strong>sis vectors de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica<\/strong>, aquelles idees que assenyalen la direcci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 el curr\u00edculum vol impulsar el sistema educatiu: l\u2019aprenentatge competencial, la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere, la universalitat del curr\u00edculum, la qualitat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica, el benestar emocional i la consci\u00e8ncia global i la ciutadania democr\u00e0tica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019<strong>enfocament competencial<\/strong>, que combina continguts de les mat\u00e8ries amb capacitats personals per resoldre situacions problem\u00e0tiques. L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 \u00e9s en conson\u00e0ncia amb aquest model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La possibilitat d\u2019establir&nbsp;<strong>\u00e0mbits per impartir de forma integrada diferents \u00e0rees i mat\u00e8ries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La capacitat dels centres per gestionar aut\u00f2nomament una fracci\u00f3 de l\u2019horari escolar i treballar a partir de&nbsp;<strong>projectes globalitzadors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparaci\u00f3 per al seu itinerari formatiu posterior i acompanyament en el desenvolupament personal i social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019elabora un sol decret per a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica incloent les dues etapes educatives, que constitueixen una sola unitat, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les especificitats pr\u00f2pies de
