El dimecres<a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651086081325.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12673 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651086081325.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"319\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651086081325.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651086081325-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651086081325-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 319px) 100vw, 319px\" \/><\/a> 27 d\u2019abril, el primer dia, ens vam reunir a la seu de <\/span><b>G\u00f6teborgs Grundskolef\u00f6rvaltning <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(l\u2019equivalent al nostre Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3) per a con\u00e8ixer l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 educativa d\u2019aquesta ciutat i el treball que realitzen sobre perspectiva de g\u00e8nere. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Respecte a aquest darrer aspecte, punt central del nostre projecte<\/span><b> Erasmus+ Coedu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ens han explicat diverses idees que volem compartir:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit estatal, hi ha vigent una llei sobre la <\/span><b>no-discriminaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> en tots els \u00e0mbits i que tamb\u00e9 es desenvolupa a escala educativa. Per entendre&#8217;ns seria com el nostre delicte d\u2019odi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Anualment, cada centre ha d\u2019elaborar un <\/span><b>pla per prevenir i actuar davant d\u2019una situaci\u00f3 de discriminaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Des de fa <\/span><b>11 anys<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, en el seu curr\u00edculum hi consta la rellev\u00e0ncia de treballar la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Des de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 educativa, elaboren materials per als centres i es troben disponi<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a style=\"color: #2795b6\" href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/IMG20220427171217.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12674 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/IMG20220427171217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/IMG20220427171217.jpg 682w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/IMG20220427171217-237x300.jpg 237w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>bles en una p\u00e0gina web. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, intenten fer difusi\u00f3 de bones pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cada any hi ha escoles que col\u00b7laboren amb organitzacions externes en projectes com: el projecte <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mfj.se\/en\"><b>M\u00c4N<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (contra la masculinitat t\u00f2xica) i el projecte <\/span><b>West Pride<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (identitat i orientaci\u00f3 sexual).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 vam exposar algunes de les bones pr\u00e0ctiques que portem a terme des de les escoles catalanes, com projectes de pati o treballs de diversos temes mitjan\u00e7ant els contes il\u00b7lustrats.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Arrel el segon dia, vam comen\u00e7ar amb el <\/span><b>job shadowing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, poden veure de primera m\u00e0 com es treballa a les escoles sueques. Les escoles que vam poder vivenciar eren tres, amb diferents realitats socioculturals. <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651662425004.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12681 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651662425004.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"258\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651662425004.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651662425004-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651662425004-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/eixample\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1171\/2022\/05\/1651662425004-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 258px) 100vw, 258px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ens van acollir i oferir l\u2019oportunitat de poder debatre sobre temes coeducatius amb professionals del centre (tutores d\u2019aula, mestres assistents, consellera escolar, persones educadores, personal de cuina, direcci\u00f3\u2026).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De tot el que hem compartit amb els centres, volem destacar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/goteborg.se\/wps\/portal\/enhetssida\/emmaskolan\"><b>Emmaskolan<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> el seu pla contra la discriminaci\u00f3 i el tracte abusiu. Es focalitzen en la prevenci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes situacions, ja que consideren que \u00e9s el factor clau a tenir en compte. Aquestes sessions estaven enfocades en el tema del consentiment (treballat mitjan\u00e7ant aquest <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nC3uMIpKZOU\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">v\u00eddeo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">). En aquest altre <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-ro3zjP-8gU&amp;ab_channel=jamtiskolan\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">v\u00eddeo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> podeu saber m\u00e9s sobre el projecte. A m\u00e9s, en <\/span><b>Asbj\u00f6rn Hanssen <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ens va entrevistar per un diari local.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/goteborg.se\/wps\/portal\/enhetssida\/langmosseskolan\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u00e5ngmosseskolan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> entre d\u2019altres, hem pogut con\u00e8ixer el material <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raddabarnen.se\/rad-och-kunskap\/foralder\/stopp-min-kropp\/arbetsmaterial\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">STOPP!
