En aquests projectes la coordinaci\u00f3 entre els docents del camp d\u2019aprenentatge i els dels centres educatius esdev\u00e9 clau per portar-los a bon port. Requereixen d\u2019una planificaci\u00f3 acurada, que s\u2019adapta a les necessitats de cada centre.
