El trastorn espec\u00edfic del llenguatge (TEL) \u00e9s un alteraci\u00f3 en l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 i el desenvolupament del llenguatge oral que inclou afectacions en un o en diversos components del llenguatge i que pot afectar a la comprensi\u00f3 i\/o l\u2019expressi\u00f3 en diferents graus de severitat.<\/p>\n

En l\u2019actualitat, no ni ha consens en la denominaci\u00f3 i classificaci\u00f3 del TEL.<\/p>\n

El vocabulari
\nLes estructures de la frase
\nEl discurs
\nLes relacions socials
\nL\u2019aprenentatge
\nEs caracteritza per un redu\u00eft vocabulari (coneixement i \u00fas de les paraules), no sempre realitzen errors fonol\u00f2gics, estructures de frase limitades (habilitat per organitzar les paraules seguint les regles de la gram\u00e0tica i la morfologia), dificultats en el discurs (habilitat per usar i connectar el vocabulari, connectar frases o descriure un tema o una s\u00e8rie d\u2019esdeveniments o mantenir una conversa.Tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 repercussi\u00f3 en les relacions socials.<\/p>\n

Dificultats persistents en el llenguatge oral i escrit
\nDiscrep\u00e0ncia entre el nivell de llenguatge i la resta de les seves capacitats
\nDissociaci\u00f3 llenguatge espontani i quan requereix esfor\u00e7
\nA nivell escrit sobretot la repercussi\u00f3 la trobem en comprensi\u00f3 lectora
\nEspec\u00edficament les dificultats es poden mostrar en diferents components:Fonologia, morfosintaxis, sem\u00e0ntica, pragm\u00e0tica<\/p>\n
