Profesional: Aquiles Iglesias\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Aquiles Iglesias<\/b>\u00a0es profesor em\u00e9rito de la Universidad de Delaware, donde ocup\u00f3 la C\u00e1tedra Unidel Katherine Esterly y fue el Fundador y Director del departamento de Ciencias y Trastornos de la Comunicaci\u00f3n. Los principales focos de investigaci\u00f3n del Dr. Iglesias son la adquisici\u00f3n del lenguaje y la evaluaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as\/os biling\u00fces (espa\u00f1ol\/ingl\u00e9s). Es autor de m\u00e1s de 70 art\u00edculos de investigaci\u00f3n altamente citados y numerosas presentaciones nacionales e internacionales. Adem\u00e1s, ha desarrollado cinco instrumentos para la evaluaci\u00f3n del desarrollo ling\u00fc\u00edstico: SALT (Systematic Analysis of Language Transcripts; Ingl\u00e9s y Espa\u00f1ol, K-3\u00ba grado); BESA (Evaluaci\u00f3n biling\u00fce espa\u00f1ol-ingl\u00e9s, espa\u00f1ol e ingl\u00e9s, 4-6 a\u00f1os); QUILS (Quick Interactive Language Screener, ingl\u00e9s, edades 3-7 a\u00f1os);\u00a0QUILS:ES (Quick Interactive Language Screener: ingl\u00e9s\/espa\u00f1ol, ingl\u00e9s y espa\u00f1ol, edades 3-6 a\u00f1os) y QUILS:TOD (Quick Interactive Language Screener: Toddler; Ingl\u00e9s, 2-3 a\u00f1os). En 2009, la American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) otorg\u00f3 al Dr.\u00a0Iglesias el premio m\u00e1s prestigioso de la asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
