Juntament amb la comunicaci\u00f3 oral i el llenguatge corporal, la lectoescriptura conformen els pilars fonamentals de la comunicaci\u00f3, que \u00e9s una de les \u00e0rees m\u00e9s afectada en els nens i nenes amb trastorns del desenvolupament.<br \/>\nPer a aquests infants, l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de la lectura i l\u2019escriptura \u00e9s el gran pont que els permetr\u00e0 a m\u00e9s d\u2019accedir a aprenentatges, disposar d\u2019una eina fonamental com a sistema augmentatiu per a millorar el llenguatge i la comunicaci\u00f3.<br \/>\nAdquirir la lectura quan existeix un trastorn del desenvolupament requereix adaptacions metodol\u00f2giques espec\u00edfiques i a vegades molt individualitzades, que s\u2019han d\u2019adequar a la seva manera molt particular de processar la
