Aquest tipus d\u2019activitat est\u00e0 reconeguda pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 com a formaci\u00f3 permanent de mestres i professors i consisteix b\u00e0sicament a adaptar qualsevol dels cursos que oferim, a les caracter\u00edstiques pr\u00f2pies d\u2019un centre en concret.<\/p>\n<p>Tota la formaci\u00f3 es dur a terme en la mateixa escola o institut dels assistents, en format presencial o telem\u00e0tic, amb tots els beneficis que aix\u00e0 aporta:<\/p>\n<p>Adequaci\u00f3 dels objectius a la realitat docent i al projecte educatiu.<br \/>\nAdequaci\u00f3 dels continguts als recursos materials i a les instal\u00b7lacions del centre.<br \/>\nOptimitzaci\u00f3 del temps: no \u00e9s necessari que els mestres i professors es desplacin per fer el curs.<br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3 de projectes comuns al cicle, departament, curs\u2026<br \/>\nEstalvi econ\u00f2mic: el cost d\u2019aquest tipus de formaci\u00f3 sempre \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic que si els membres del claustre la fan de forma individual<br \/>\nAquesta formaci\u00f3 va adre\u00e7ada a un nombre considerable de mestres o professors del mateix centre.<\/p>\n<p>La pot sol\u00b7licitar i abonar el centre com a instituci\u00f3 o tamb\u00e9 us podeu organitzar un grup de docents i abonar-la a t\u00edtol individual.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 us proposem algunes l\u00ednies de treball
