L’objectiu \u00e9s traslladar al nostre dia a dia l’experi\u00e8ncia de qu\u00e8 som una globalitat, a trav\u00e9s de la consci\u00e8ncia del Cos i de la Respiraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
