Pares de Nens Sords de Catalunya (APANSCE) interpusieron hace una semana una demanda ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya (TSJC) contra el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 dirigido por Josep Bargall\u00f3 por su negativa a proporcionar la lengua de signos al alumnado sordo en todas las etapas educativas.En concreto, la Direcci\u00f3 General d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Infantil y Prim\u00e0ria rechaz\u00f3 la reclamacion que las entidades hicieron a principios de a\u00f1o cuando ped\u00edan la implantaci\u00f3n de recursos pedag\u00f3gicos basados en la necesidad de emplear la Lengua de Signos Catalana (LSC) como lengua vehicular de ense\u00f1anza para alumnos con sordera.<\/p>\n<p><a
