Lamentem comunicar-vos la defunci\u00f3 d\u2019en Josep Maria Segimon i Valent\u00ed<\/strong> (1942-2025), esdevinguda aquest mat\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fou president de la Federaci\u00f3 de Persones Sordes de Catalunya, on va destacar pel seu lideratge en favor de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dels infants i joves amb sordesa i de la llengua de signes catalana (LSC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com a professor i investigador, i com a president de la Federaci\u00f3, va tenir un paper molt rellevant en la Proposici\u00f3 no de Llei de la LSC, que va donar lloc a l\u2019actual Llei 17\/2010 de la llengua de signes catalana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Va treballar durant uns anys com a professor del Cicle Formatiu d\u2019Interpretaci\u00f3 en LSC, va assessorar centres educatius com el CEE de Sords CRAS de Sabadell i va tenir un paper molt actiu al CEE de Sords Josep Pla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
