{"id":797,"date":"2015-11-28T21:06:57","date_gmt":"2015-11-28T20:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/?page_id=797"},"modified":"2019-07-21T00:21:28","modified_gmt":"2019-07-20T22:21:28","slug":"que-es","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/el-creda\/que-es\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els CREDA s\u00f3n serveis de suport als centres educatius en l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 a la resposta educativa davant les necessitats que interfereixen en el desenvolupament personal, social i curricular de l\u2019alumnat amb d\u00e8ficit auditiu, trastorn espec\u00edfic del llenguatge i\/o la comunicaci\u00f3.\u00a0La seva intervenci\u00f3 es concreta en tres grans \u00e0mbits: alumnat i fam\u00edlies; centres i professorat; zona educativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es tracta d\u2019un model d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials i al seu entorn propi de Catalunya. Actualment hi ha 10 CREDA, cadascun amb una zona d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 \u00e0mplia, generalment coincideix amb un Servei Territorial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu975\/2016\/05\/mapa-CREDA.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8649\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8649\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu975\/2016\/05\/mapa-CREDA.jpg\" alt=\"mapa CREDA\" width=\"352\" height=\"349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu975\/2016\/05\/mapa-CREDA.jpg 616w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu975\/2016\/05\/mapa-CREDA-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu975\/2016\/05\/mapa-CREDA-300x298.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 352px) 100vw, 352px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Destinataris<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infants i joves amb p\u00e8rdua auditiva (0-18a), i llurs fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Alumnat amb greus trastorns del llenguatge i\/o la comunicaci\u00f3 (3-14a), i llurs fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Centres i professorat de l\u2019alumnat amb greus dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3, llenguatge i\/o comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Professorat especialitzat (MALL) de la zona educativa de l\u2019alumnat amb greus dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3 i\/o llenguatge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objectius<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realitzar la valoraci\u00f3 i seguiment del proc\u00e9s evolutiu audiol\u00f2gic, comunicatiu i ling\u00fc\u00edstic de l\u2019infant amb sordesa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realitzar la valoraci\u00f3 i seguiment de les necessitats psicoling\u00fc\u00edstiques i educatives de l\u2019alumnat amb greus trastorns de llenguatge i\/o comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proporcionar atenci\u00f3 logop\u00e8dica espec\u00edfica a l\u2019alumnat amb greus trastorns de l\u2019audici\u00f3, el llenguatge i\/o la comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orientar i assessorar a les fam\u00edlies de l\u2019alumnat amb greus trastorns de l\u2019audici\u00f3, el llenguatge i\/o la comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proporcionar suport i assessorament als centres i al professorat de l\u2019alumnat amb greus dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3, llenguatge i\/o comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posar a disposici\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa materials, recursos, assessorament i formaci\u00f3 especialitzada per a l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 de la tasca docent a les necessitats especials de l\u2019alumnat amb dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3, llenguatge i\/o comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Acc\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derivats per l\u2019EAP de la zona a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un full protocol\u00b7litzat de demanda amb les dades pertinents per valorar la idone\u00eftat i caracter\u00edstiques de l\u2019alumnat pel que es sol\u00b7licita atenci\u00f3 logop\u00e8dica.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El infants de 0 a 3 anys amb diagn\u00f2stic de p\u00e8rdua auditiva (ORL) la fam\u00edlia, el CDIAP o l\u2019EAP poden accedir directament al CREDA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professionals<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Logopedes<\/li>\n<li>Psicopedagogs\/es especialitzats en audici\u00f3, llenguatge i comunicaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Audioprotetistes especialitzats en audiopr\u00f2tesi infantil i juvenil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ves al <a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu975\/2016\/04\/Marc_actuaci%C3%B3_CREDA_99.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">marc d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3.\u00a0 <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Annex al marc d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3: <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/creda-jordiperello\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu975\/2019\/07\/comportaments-ling\u00fc\u00edstics.pdf\">comportaments ling\u00fc\u00edstics de l&#8217;LSC<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els CREDA s\u00f3n serveis de suport als centres educatius en l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 a la resposta educativa davant les necessitats que interfereixen en el desenvolupament personal, social i curricular de l\u2019alumnat amb d\u00e8ficit auditiu, trastorn espec\u00edfic del llenguatge i\/o la comunicaci\u00f3.\u00a0La seva intervenci\u00f3 es concreta en tres grans \u00e0mbits: alumnat i fam\u00edlies; centres i professorat; zona educativa.
