Un dels pilars b\u00e0sics de la transformaci\u00f3 digital s\u00f3n la dotaci\u00f3 dels recursos necessaris, la formaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;acompanyament per l\u2019\u00fas eficient d\u2019aquests recursos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">\u00c9s per aquest motiu que s\u2019ha desenvolupat aquesta formaci\u00f3, amb la finalitat d\u2019acompanyar als centres educatius en aquest proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">Un dels reptes en el disseny de la formaci\u00f3 ha estat aconseguir que fos prou flexible per a adaptar-se a les necessitats particulars de cada centre educatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Acc\u00e9s a la <a href=\"https:\/\/odissea.xtec.cat\/course\/view.php?id=58964\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Formaci\u00f3 mentoritzada de centres<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 digital representa un repte apassionant pels centres educatius que han estat seleccionats.
