d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia i estatus similars, que acorden observar-se, m\u00fatuament, un o diversos aspectes pedag\u00f2gics de la seva acci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula, per mitj\u00e0 d\u2019instruments de recollida d\u2019evid\u00e8ncies de la pr\u00e0ctica docent a l\u2019aula que s\u2019utilitzen per, posteriorment, oferir-se un feedback o retroalimentaci\u00f3 constructiva m\u00fatua que permeti la reflexi\u00f3 i la concreci\u00f3 d\u2019objectius de millora de la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;ambd\u00f3s docents (Duran, Corcelles i Miquel, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta jornada que se celebrar\u00e0 el dia <strong>1 de juny de les 13&#8217;30 h <\/strong>, es presentaran els resultats de la recerca &#8220;Observaci\u00f3 entre iguals com a desenvolupament professional docent&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En
