El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha elaborat el\u00a0Protocol d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 davant de qualsevol tipus de viol\u00e8ncia en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, amb l\u2019objectiu de dotar els centres educatius d\u2019eines per a la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant situacions de viol\u00e8ncia a l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu que afecten l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n

El present Protocol substitueix i engloba els antics protocols:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant l\u2019assetjament i el ciberassetjament entre
\niguals
\n\u25cf Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 enfront l\u2019assetjament escolar a persones LGBTI
\n\u25cf Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant la viol\u00e8ncia masclista entre l\u2019alumnat
\n\u25cf Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant conductes d\u2019odi i de discriminaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El present protocol ofereix orientacions i recursos per a la prevenci\u00f3, la detecci\u00f3, la valoraci\u00f3 i la intervenci\u00f3 educativa davant les situacions de viol\u00e8ncia envers la inf\u00e0ncia i l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia, i garanteix la protecci\u00f3 dels seus drets, l\u2019enfocament restauratiu global (ERG), la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere i la
\ninterseccionalitat. Com a novetat, incorpora la intervenci\u00f3 educativa davant les irregularitats
\ni les conductes contr\u00e0ries a la conviv\u00e8ncia i el circuit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 davant les faltes greument
\nperjudicials per a la conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n

\u00c9s aplicable a tots els centres p\u00fablics i privats sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics que conformen el servei d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s ofereix recursos per a la intervenci\u00f3 educativa amb l’alumnat implicat i amb el grup classe (p\u00e0g 73-79)<\/p>\n
