{"id":8410,"date":"2013-11-15T13:40:37","date_gmt":"2013-11-15T12:40:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/plantillacda\/?page_id=173"},"modified":"2024-12-13T12:28:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T11:28:04","slug":"transaliments","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-juneda\/transaliments\/","title":{"rendered":"TRANSFORMACI\u00d3 D&#8217;ALIMENTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durant l\u2019estada al camp d\u2019aprenentatge, l\u2019alumnat passa a formar part de la comunitat de la casa: un lloc envoltada de camps de conreu i on els espais com la granja, l&#8217;hort, el forn i l&#8217;espai de transformaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments<strong> juguen un paper central<\/strong> en el nostre dia a dia. Aquesta casa <strong>\u00e9s un context en s\u00ed mateixa<\/strong> i funciona gr\u00e0cies a les persones que hi resideixen en aquell moment, i que aix\u00f2 implica aprofitar la infraestructura i els recursos dels que disposem per abastir les necessitats del dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> repte de l&#8217;activitat <\/strong>de transformaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments va lligat a aquesta filosofia. S&#8217;encoratja a l\u2019alumnat a <strong>utilitzar les mat\u00e8ries primeres<\/strong> d\u2019origen animal del nostre entorn per <strong>transformar-les en aliments processats<\/strong>. A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquesta activitat, l\u2019alumnat participa en un <strong>cicle de producci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria sostenible i col\u00b7laborativa<\/strong>. Els aliments resultants s\u00f3n destinats a la cuina del CdA i formen part dels \u00e0pats que comparteixen amb els seus companys i companyes, creant un vincle directe entre el treball i el consum responsable.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;activitat de Transformaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments est\u00e0ndard inclou la <strong>transformaci\u00f3 c\u00e0rnia i l\u00e0ctia<\/strong>. De totes formes, tamb\u00e9 oferim, sota demanda dels equips docent, una variant de l&#8217;activitat que est\u00e0 exclusivament centrada amb la <strong>transformaci\u00f3 l\u00e0ctia<\/strong>.
