Activitats pr\u00e8vies al centre educatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Moment 2:<\/strong> Implementaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estada o sortida al camp d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moment 3:<\/strong> Avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estada i propostes de millora. Desenvolupament i\/o tancament del projecte.
