centres educatius a aquestes activitats requereix tres moments:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Moment 1:<\/span> Comunicaci\u00f3 amb els centres.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800080;\">Moment 2:<\/span> Implementaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estada al camp o entorn d\u2019aprenentatge.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Moment 3:<\/span> Avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019impacte i propostes de millora.\u00a0<strong>M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les responsabilitats mencionades en els tres moments de participaci\u00f3 del centre, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">es contemplen tres grans grups de
