A vegades tamb\u00e9 es sol anomenar forn solar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Funcionament<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La forma parab\u00f2lica de la cuina solar i la seva superf\u00edcie reflectant fan que els raigs calor\u00edfics del sol que hi arriben rebotin i es desvi\u00efn tots cap al centre, on hi posem l&#8217;olla. <a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/12\/parabola_raigs.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-2398\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/12\/parabola_raigs-150x150.gif\" alt=\"parabola_raigs\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>D&#8217;aquesta manera tota la calor es concentra en un punt m\u00e9s petit (focus) de forma semblant a com ho fa una lupa quan la radiaci\u00f3 solar travessa la lent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com m\u00e9s gran sigui el di\u00e0metre de la cuina solar m\u00e9s gran ser\u00e0 la seva pot\u00e8ncia de cocci\u00f3 ja que la seva \u00e0rea de captaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;energia calor\u00edfica del Sol tamb\u00e9 ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s gran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/12\/Orientacio_cuina1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-2388\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/12\/Orientacio_cuina1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Orientacio_cuina1\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Per aprofitar al m\u00e0xim la radiaci\u00f3 solar cal que la cuina estigui orientada de forma perpendicular al Sol. Com que el Sol es va despla\u00e7ant cont\u00ednuament d&#8217;est a oest en el seu viatge diari, haurem de moure cada pocs minuts la posici\u00f3 de la cuina per tal que es mantingui encarada al Sol. Una bona manera de verificar que est\u00e0 ben situada \u00e9s comprovar les ombres que produeixen els suports de la cuina, que han de quedar sobreposades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;olla que es fa servir per cuinar \u00e9s de color negre, la qual cosa permet absorbir la m\u00e0xima radiaci\u00f3 possible (efecte cos negre).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2392\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/12\/cuina_apagada-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"cuina_apagada\" width=\"132\" height=\"132\" \/><br \/>\nPer apagar el &#8220;foc&#8221; girem la cuina cap avall, de manera que la calor del sol no es concentra, sin\u00f3 que m\u00e9s aviat es dispersa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Mesures de seguretat<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&gt; Cal utilitzar guants o manoples com a protecci\u00f3 contra les cremades quan manipulem l&#8217;olla o la tapa.<br \/>\n&gt; No mirar directament a la cuina solar massa estona. \u00c9s recomanable portar ulleres de sol.<br \/>\n&gt; No jugar a prop de la cuina solar pel perill que pot causar que es tombi la cuina o caigui l&#8217;olla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Anem a cuinar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per tal de cuinar amb la calor del Sol cal que&#8230;. faci sol!<br \/>\nNecessitem un dia assolellat i transparent, millor sense vent. Posem els ingredients dins l&#8217;olla, encarem la cuina al sol i l&#8217;anem movent cada 5 minuts per rectificar la seva posici\u00f3. Ens caldr\u00e0 esperar m\u00e9s temps del que necessitar\u00edem en una cuina convencional de gas o el\u00e8ctrica. L&#8217;energia solar vol paci\u00e8ncia!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Receptes:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Pomes al forn<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nExtraiem la part de la cua tot tallant-la en forma de con.<a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/06\/Dsc_0957.reduida.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-1924\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/06\/Dsc_0957.reduida-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Dsc_0957.reduida\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Hi posem una mica de sucre i tornem a posar la &#8220;tapa&#8221; extreta. A l&#8217;olla hi afegim una mica d&#8217;aigua al fons per tal que no es cremin les gotes de l\u00edquid que desprendran les pomes amb la calor. Posem una o v\u00e0ries pomes en un recipient especial que serveix perqu\u00e8 les pomes no toquin el fons ni les parets de l&#8217;olla (si no es podrien cremar!). Tapem l&#8217;olla amb la tapa negra i la posem a la cuina solar i l&#8217;orientem de cara al Sol. En uns 20 minuts tenim unes bon\u00edssimes pomes al forn!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Espaguetis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Posem una bona quantitat d&#8217;aigua a l&#8217;olla (1 litre d&#8217;aigua per cada 100 g de pasta), hi afegim un grapadet de sal i una mica d&#8217;oli. Tapem l&#8217;olla i la posem a la cuina solar correctament orientada cap al Sol. Esperem que l&#8217;aigua bulli (15 a 30 min segons el sol que faci) i hi afegim els espaguetis. Els deixem bullir entre 8 i 10 minuts mentre anem remenant de tant en tant. Quan ja estan fets els passem per un colador per treure l&#8217;aigua i ja estan llestos! Nom\u00e9s cal afegir la salsa que ens vingui de gust. Bon profit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>L&#8217;energia solar: renovable i no contaminant<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cuina solar utilitza l&#8217;energia del Sol com a font calor\u00edfica. Aix\u00ed doncs, quan la fem servir no cremem cap tipus de combustible f\u00f2ssil ni emetem residus contaminants; no exhaurim cap tipus de mat\u00e8ria primera (carb\u00f3, llenya, gas, etc&#8230;).
