El seu objectiu era el de fer una an\u00e0lisi ecol\u00f2gica profunda de l\u2019ecosistema del riu en el seu curs mitj\u00e0, activitat englobada dins del seu gran Projecte Llobregat, que compr\u00e8n l\u2019estudi del Llobregat des del seu naixement a Castellar de n\u2019Hug fins la seva desembocadura al Prat de Llobregat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-19750\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2024\/04\/2-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/>Han iniciat l\u2019activitat amb una breu introducci\u00f3 per situar la zona on durien a terme el treball de camp i s\u2019han dividit en grups per completar els 4 grans blocs a investigar:<br \/>\n<strong>Les propietats de l\u2019aigua<\/strong> del riu i la llera del riu: a partir de mostres d\u2019aigua han determinat la seva olor, el color, la temperatura i la terbolesa. Tamb\u00e9 han calculat la velocitat, la fond\u00e0ria, l\u2019amplada i han estimat el cabal fluvial, entre d\u2019altres.<br \/>\n<strong>La vegetaci\u00f3 de la riba<\/strong>: a partir de la identificaci\u00f3 dels arbres i altres plantes de la zona han valorat l\u2019\u00edndex de qualitat de la vegetaci\u00f3 del bosc de ribera.<br \/>\n<strong>Els invertebrats aqu\u00e0tics<\/strong>: han capturat, identificat i alliberat petits invertebrats de les vores del riu que els han servit d\u2019indicadors biol\u00f2gics de la qualitat de l\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19749 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2024\/04\/1-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"224\" \/>Detecci\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 de possibles <strong>impactes d\u2019origen antr\u00f2pic<\/strong>: han enumerat i descrit molts d\u2019ells, com ara les deixalles derivades de la zona de pic-nic, les conduccions soterrades de gas, aigua i salmorres, les torres d\u2019alta tensi\u00f3, el pont, l\u2019autopista i les vies del tren, les infraestructures abandonades, etc.<br \/>\nPer\u00f2 la seva investigaci\u00f3 del Llobregat no acaba pas aqu\u00ed; d\u2019aqu\u00ed a poc temps passaran unes col\u00f2nies a Castellar de n\u2019Hug on visitaran la cap\u00e7alera del riu i, a finals d\u2019abril, aniran a la desembocadura al Prat de Llobregat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-19752\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2024\/04\/4-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"234\" \/>Han estat uns investigadors molt actius i intr\u00e8pids! Alguns no s\u2019ho han pensat dues vegades a l\u2019hora de ficar-se les botes d\u2019aigua salabret en m\u00e0 per cercar petits invertebrats, mentre d\u2019altres es dedicaven a fer d\u2019ornit\u00f2legs observant les aus amb l\u2019ajuda dels prism\u00e0tics o de l&#8217;allargavistes. Han sigut tot un \u00e8xit veure camallargues, alguns martinets blancs, un bernat pescaire, un parell de corbs marins, un cap\u00f3 reial, diversos esplugabous i \u00e0necs collverds.
