Els <a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/cda-cansantoi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1385\/2014\/04\/Ses_Vallbona-144-e1398784272358.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1247 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/cdacansantoi\/files\/2014\/04\/Ses_Vallbona-144-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"Ses_Vallbona 144\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a>professors del Cda (i els propis) els acompanyem i els guiem en aquest proc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Treballem sempre en petits grups cooperatius: les descobertes, les experimentacions i els resultats s&#8217;han de compartir i consensuar dins el propi grup.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potenciem els aspectes procedimentals i competencials dels alumnes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La majoria de propostes did\u00e0ctiques parteixen d&#8217;una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 o fenomen contextualitzat. Ens fem preguntes rellevants sobre el nostre entorn de les quals ens cal cercar la resposta. Per exemple: &#8220;<em>Com s&#8217;han format les Escletxes al Papiol?&#8221;; &#8220;Per qu\u00e8 les plantes d&#8217;un vessant de la vall s\u00f3n diferents a les de l&#8217;altre vessant?&#8221;; T\u00e9 bona qualitat l&#8217;aigua de la riera?&#8230;<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Utilitzem diferents tipus d&#8217;accions did\u00e0ctiques en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;activitat concreta i de l&#8217;edat dels alumnes: descobertes, observacions, experimentacions, simulacions, maquetes, investigacions, itineraris, tallers, tecnologia digital i programari..<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El m\u00e8tode cient\u00edfic \u00e9s el nostre mitj\u00e0 habitual per a resoldre els reptes que ens plantegem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les fases d&#8217;una estada o sortida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per tal que un sortida o una estada tingui \u00e8xit cal contemplar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Treballs previs<\/strong> a realitzar al centre abans de venir al Camp d&#8217;Aprenentatge. S\u00f3n propostes per a contextualitzar el treball, per a fer-nos les primeres hip\u00f2tesis, per saber on anem i qu\u00e8 farem. Tamb\u00e9 serveixen de motivaci\u00f3 i per a crear expectatives a l&#8217;alumnat i tamb\u00e9 per anar-nos coneixent m\u00fatuament alumnes, professors del CdA i mestres i professors del centre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desenvolupament de l&#8217;estada o la sortida\u00a0<\/strong>al Camp d&#8217;Aprenentatge. \u00c9s quan es desenvolupen preferentment les activitats per a descobrir i con\u00e8ixer l&#8217;entorn. Per tant el treball de camp i l&#8217;experimental resulten imprescindibles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Treballs posteriors<\/strong> a realitzar al centre. S\u00f3n \u00fatils per a consolidar els coneixements adquirits: arribar a conclusions i, en determinades casos, fer p\u00fablics (web de centre, blocs, revista&#8230;) els resultats dels processos de descoberta o d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3 realitzats.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>. \u00c9s indispensable per a poder evolucionar i millorar les propostes did\u00e0ctiques de Can Santoi tenir en compte les valoracions de tots els agents que intervenim en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge.
