font-size: 1em;\">passant pel Salt d&#8217;aigua i Can Planes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivell educatiu<\/strong>: Cicle superior de prim\u00e0ria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estacionalitat:<\/strong>\u00a0Tot l\u2019any.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectius:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Con\u00e8ixer els boscos, la riera, els usos i el patrimoni hist\u00f2ric de Collserola caminant de forma aut\u00f2noma, guiats amb eines tradicionals i digitals.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir autonomia d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 amb les eines tradicionals del mapa i la br\u00faixola a base d\u2019azimuts i amb els sistemes GPS (mapa digital, posici\u00f3 i navegaci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<li>Valorar la preservaci\u00f3 del medi natural i del patrimoni.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques que m\u00e9s potencia<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022 \u00c0mbit coneixement del medi:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; Des del centre, en coordinaci\u00f3 amb el CdA, es familiaritzen amb els objectius d\u2019aprenentatge i els continguts. L\u2019escola prepara els grups de 4-6 persones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Moment 2: En el moment d\u2019inici de l\u2019itinerari l\u2019alumnat es familiaritza amb el funcionament del sistema <em>GPS<\/em>: sat\u00e8l\u00b7lits, mapa digital, itinerari i <em>waypoints<\/em>. S\u2019inicia l\u2019enregistrament de la ruta. Tamb\u00e9 es familiaritzaran amb polseres digitals individuals que informen del ritme card\u00edac i la tensi\u00f3 arterial.<br \/>\nEls grups sortiran cada 5 minuts, seguint l\u2019itinerari del Salt d\u2019Aigua gravat al posicionador <em>GPS<\/em>. Durant el recorregut aniran descobrint els boscos i en determinats moments enregistraran dades corporals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Moment 3: Al retorn al centre, l\u2019activitat haur\u00e0 aportat nous coneixements i aprenentatges.
